ezechi242:Life is beyond beans and garri. If wages and incomes are rising, then inflation won't be that bad. Some people have enjoyed higher income over time. But that aside, Asiwaju was not in power since 2015. Unlike Obi he has never taken appointment with the FG. And d man Obi praised as the best, Osinbajo is d second in command to this govt u hate. Does that make any sense? |

Odibembem:So you mean in your score card as your writing APC has failed.....you said tinubu has not been in the helms of power, so he knew that bihari would be a calamity and yet still supported him because it would be his turn after buhari. |

garfield1:What you failed to realise is that 2019 is different from 2023 In 2019 BVAS and IREV were not backed by law whereas in 2023 Open up your mind |

garfield1:My brother, supreme court made mention the three. It said voters'register, BVAS and IREVs. Even common sense should have told you that voter register and BVAS only show number of eligible voters captured to vote. Do you know you can be captured and not vote? I know some people that only thumb printed for president and just put the remaining ballots inside the boxes. But results after voting in comparison with voters'register and BVAS can show if truly there was over voting. How would IREVs be a secondary results? Was it not the results counted and documented at the polling units suppose to be uploaded to the IREVs? If I may ask you, where is the primary results? |

garfield1:Are you saying they don't have the form EC8A Seems you don't know the correlation between the essence of IREV and form EC8A In osun case APC are less concerned about form EC8A focusing their attention on BVAS server report The 2 are not the same Open up your scope |

garfield1:I'm not sure you read the Osun judgement for understanding you only cherry picked what you want. I think you need to read the osun supreme court judgement but this time around for a better understanding |

engineerboat:Where did I say they didnt have ec8a? They must tender the ec8a and demonstrate it one by one it open court as it is the primary evidence |

IfnobeGod20:Oga to show over voting, you need bvas and voters register directly which are primary evidence for accreditation and proving over voting. According to the supreme court, primary evidence are evidence that emanated directly from polling units.once they are transferred and transmitted to another platform, they become secondary or third hand.the most reliable results is the one issued at the units with duplicates given to police and agents |
| Re: PEPT: Obi, Labour Party To Call 50 Witnesses by garfield1: 9:13pm On May 20, 2023 |
engineerboat:The electoral act does not back irev.the major difference is the bvas and Bvas data was wiped out before pdp and lp could inspect it |

garfield1:What you need to know is that things have changed than what you assumed pre-2019 This is 2023 with new updated electoral Act |
| Re: PEPT: Obi, Labour Party To Call 50 Witnesses by garfield1: 9:16pm On May 20, 2023 |
engineerboat:Nothing has changed with respect to claims of victory.if you sat you won,you will present ec8a first in physical form one by one and compare it with inec and police copies |
| Re: PEPT: Obi, Labour Party To Call 50 Witnesses by engineerboat(m): 9:18pm On May 20, 2023 |
garfield1:Go back and read the judgement Let me tell you something today which you may not know. Nothing was deleted from the BVAS Inec only needs that judgments back should in case. For your information 1. BVAS was backed up whatever inspections to be caarried out is the bvas backup. So for your information i will repeat again You have a mindset which I'm not here to argue with you on but the fact remains that what you seem to be aware of is minute to what you need to understand |

engineerboat:Oga,reconfiguration wiped off some data from bvas,do not be deceived except you dont know what it means.they transferred the data to inec server which becomes secondary data..atiku will fail like in 2019 |

| Re: PEPT: Obi, Labour Party To Call 50 Witnesses by engineerboat(m): 9:21pm On May 20, 2023 |
garfield1:Why are your changing your voices From He did not have agent in all PU now to this. Well to wherever the Tribunal eventually ruled on whether for APC, PDP or LP one facf remain this is 2023 and not what you assumed to be for 2019 |

| Re: PEPT: Obi, Labour Party To Call 50 Witnesses by garfield1: 9:28pm On May 20, 2023 |
engineerboat:I predicted apc win at the tribunal and their loss at the appellate. I underestimated pdp in edo but they are set to take back the state. I predicted uzodinma victory, predicted tinubu victory. |
| Re: PEPT: Obi, Labour Party To Call 50 Witnesses by garfield1: 9:30pm On May 20, 2023 |
engineerboat:Stop reading upside down.pdp had agents everywhere,it is obi that didnt and our argument is apc vs pdp. Apart from bvas being mandatory, nothing much has changed.atiku will fail as usual |

garfield1:I don't know, it seems you always read comment upside down. I did mentioned that to proof over voting, voters'register, BVAS and IREVs are essential, which the supreme court emphatically said in its ruling in Osun gubernatorial election. Well, I won't argue with you on calling results posted in IREVs as secondary source on the condition that the voting and counting was done manually and entered manually before transmitted to IREVs. But I want you to read the extract from the supreme court judgement on the said Osun state election and juxtapose with your assertion. The supreme court court said you cannot rely on BVAS for over voting. That was why Oyetola case fell flat. Sorry I posted wrong poster but now corrected it.

IfnobeGod20:You are not just reading upside down but sideways.I never said to you only needed bvas.I said you need bvas and voters register and not irev.infact, the court said you must tender bvas or bvas reports and the register.any other evidence used to prove accreditation is third hand.same thing applies to proving results.now, obi never inspected bvas so he cannot depend on bvas but witnesses at the various units and secondary data. For obi to prove allegations of disenfranchisement, voters suppression and violence,he needs thousands of witnesses who were at the units to testify physically.50 witnesses is a waste. To prove that his votes were swapped,he must physically bring witnesses who saw it first hand and also make the court order a physical recount or forensics on each result. All evidences must be demonstrated in court, you cannot dump it in court.if you bring duplicate copies, you must display it one by one for the judges will not display it for you.any document you bring in court, you must explain it and convince the court beyond doubt.it is majorly a manual process and with 7 weeks to go,obi will fail |
