Polling units results are not in dispute but collated results so witnesses at collation centres will be called. Unlike before, BVAS and IREV have captured polling units results so you just need the BVAS and IREV reports vs the old order of calling witnesses.

Obi has the best SANs

Lol all this one jus dey waste derr time...

How many polling unit we get for even Rivers state wey the result no clear get pass 50 Polling Unit...

You guys don't know Obi. When he was in court for 3yrs to reclaim his gubernatorial mandate, even is wife thought he was wasting his time, a lot of people were telling him to move on but he was focused and indeed reclaimed his mandate.

History is repeating itself
tamdun:

They will still ask for more, what I see in all this shenanigans is obi trying to sustain the momentum but 4 yrs is a very long time sha

Too small.atiku called over 100 in 2019 and failed woefully.buhari called over 500 in 2007.you need at least 5000 witnesses to cover one unit.obi has failed

The number of witnesses in court cases doesn't matter, the qualities are what matters.

You guys a making a mockery until Obi is victorious and you'll start protesting
garfield1:

Even buhari in two years could not get enough proofs, talkless of others in 7 weeks.I think the tribunal might include Saturday or Sunday for sittings or both will be handled in one day.obi will take from 8-1.atiku from 2 till 7

Do you realise we have BVAS and IREV now so you dont need those massive numbers of witnesses

Just 50 out of 250 million!

He can call 50 witness in 2 weeks. What’s the sense in asking for 7 weeks? If the various petitions are consolidated and Atiku and the third party also ask for 7 weeks, how will the tribunal be able to decide the case within the stipulated timeframe? Obi is simply trying to waste everybody’s time and nothing else.

Is it Obi that is conducting his case or his lawyers. You people are hopless and helpless

What is this rubbish got to do with the fact that Obi is delaying the case?

Is Obi delaying the case because of the price of Garri?

No sense as usual;..

Labor party can get more than 1million witnesses. Every living creature in Nigeria is a witness to the useless, shambolic election eye-neck conducted. It's glaring for all to see.

At least, sensible Nigerians can now see who is trying to delay the quick conclusion of the case. While all other parties to the case are seeking for less than 10 days, Peter Obi is seeking for 49 days.

His deluded supporters who think the tribunal can determine the matter before May 29 can now see how Peter Obi has been taking them for a fool. Dude is just trying to remain in public spotlight for as long as possible while wasting everyone’s time. He has no case to prove.

The only people who believe this dogpoop you typed are delinquent hollow-brains like yourself.

Obi is either delusional, confused or just toying with his ipob mob supporters.

He's desperately prolonging the process for his own attention-seeking agenda and propaganda, he won't even pay the necessary fees to secure INECT documents hence delaying the whole process.

The man is really not interested in any mandate or justice, it's all about his own ego and a dire need for attention, election loss means he's off the state and irrelevant, but the man is a narcissist, he's not ready to relinquish the spotlight, this is why they want phones and cameras in the courtroom, their tribunal charade is all about social media propaganda.

Seriously, the tribunal must ban phones and cameras because the tribunal because it's all for show and propaganda..
