At least, sensible Nigerians can now see who is trying to delay the quick conclusion of the case. While all other parties to the case are seeking for less than 10 days, Peter Obi is seeking for 49 days.

His deluded supporters who think the tribunal can determine the matter before May 29 can now see how Peter Obi has been taking them for a fool. Dude is just trying to remain in public spotlight for as long as possible while wasting everyone’s time. He has no case to prove.

i have one question for you...........................are you still buying garri , fuel, rice and beans cheaper than the sane people who voted against the backwardness you campaigned for in 2015?

Why is INEC delaying the release of presidential election materials to LP? Are they hiding something?

wwwkaycom:

Actually, Supporting Atiku is his best bet, they would have floored Asiwaju hands down and immediately after Atiku, power would automatically shift to the Southeast and Obi would be the most prominent igbo politician by then.
Actually, supporting Atiku would have been a foolish move.
If Atiku had won the election, APC will present a strong northerner against any candidate from SE
and they will win.
PDP will do the same and it goes on indefinitely with power remaining in the north.

In fact, no major political party will ever field a southerner again for fear of losing
to a northerner if Atiku had won.

Witnesses are food for Judges to rely on anywhere in the world. Not on hearsay.

Tinubites rely only on Mahmood Yakubu's evidence. But Mahmood cannot yet produce the evidence that made him declare Tinubu as president-elect. Hurried evidences of Tinubu and INEC lawyers will be dismissed as their weaknesses became bare before the judges.

Because INEC has not complied with the forensic order of a court neither have they given all the materials.

Its a small writeup to comprehend, jezz!

Any serious party would have gotten all the form EC8A from all the booths across the federation.

Which material again do they want? BVAS or what?

When INEC is refusing forensics inspite of court order and also not giving all the required documents?

You don't expect Obi's lawyers to prosecute a case without the things they need especially as INEC is trying to frustrate them. They will simply get a higher court order to compel inec
