The president is tasked with choosing the leaders of a group that is supposed to checkmate his excesses if there be any and ensure that every executive decisions are scrutinized, and the masses see nothing wrong with this? 🤦🏾‍♂️

It's only in Africa politics an elected president will sit and decides who should be leader of a legislative Arm of the govt in a supposed ideal of separation of powers and one useless Goat will be saying they should respect his choice of Senate presidency. Quite absurd.

It's just baffling a large majority of Nigerians see nothing wrong with this. The warning signs are clearly written on the wall towards another 4 years of reckless borrowings and misguided economic policies, but heh, WE HOPE.....
