Infact it mirrored the exact reason why the tribunal refused to grant the live coverage. Imagine someone threatening the lives of the judges and their family.

The dude is saying the judges' families will be the first to feel the heat of insecurity caused by APC's cluelessness. You can call that a curse or evil wish but it's definitely not a threat. At least to people who understand simple English
