Good day, please I would like to confirm if I can get recommended agents that can help me apply for Masters of social work. The 2 agents I contacted suggest that I should pick a management or business course just to get in and later I can switch my course.
My question, Is it that I can't be granted social work if I apply directly?

I would recommend OAA Study. They helped with mine but it depends on the uni you plan on going

Good afternoon my good people of this forum, and thank you all for your contributions.

Please help a brother, there's this travel agent I know, 2 months ago she asked me to provide 4.5m for Working Visa to Canada, but I delayed because I wasn't convinced. Now she's saying that the Canada Working Visa has closed, that what she has a link and it's available now is Australia working visa at 4.5m too. That I can pay 3mil and pay up the balance when my Visa is out.

Please advise me, is this feasible, what do I look out for, what questions do I need to ask?

What kind of work? 😳 open your eyes and read wella

Thank you for your response, but please enlighten me more. When you say "read Wella" do you mean in online and forums like here? I actually brought this up here for advice because since I started reading post and comments pertaining travel to Canada and Australia, I have not seen any trade on work visa.

No agent can get you a work visa in Australia.she is only Interested in that your 3mil. don't fall for scam. with 5million, look for tuition free schools in Europe and move from there.

Hey guys good arvo! Please I need help with filling out the medical info on my student visa application. I have done medical within 12 months and was required to put in the hap Id number which is obviously 8 digits. But it keeps telling me it must be 20 digits. Which stopped me from progressing from that application stage. Can anyone help in this regard on what I should do?? Thanks

She applied for a new pass about 2 months ago and still hasn’t heard anything concerning. Please has anyone experienced this before if yes how do I go about it?

Congratulations in taking the first step. Next step is to wait for the school confirmation and their next instruction in their communication to you. While waiting, you can start gathering and perfecting your documents. You can go through the previous pages of this thread to see the required visa documents.

Hello people, what's the best way to pay international school fees from Nigeria?
Who has used form A recently?
Who is in the process of form A application?
I heard one must provide tax clearance certificate to process form A.

How can one pay their international fees pls?

Bro Dey try relax. This is a free-will contributory forum.
People can be busy with a lot and they try to respond when they can.

When people don’t have answers to your question, they’d leave it for people who have answers to show up.

IOM as at last week was N48,600.00

I studied History and Diplomatic studies, am currently working as a manager in a lab

Well, your agent is right to recommend you a course that aligns more with your degree since you don't have any relevant work experience in social work. Your chances of securing a visa is higher if your proposed course of study aligns with your underpinning degree or work experience. You can still go for social work, however, you will need to write a convincing SOP as to why you are deviating to a course in which you don't have any underpinning degree or work experience. Moreover, social work is a high risk for visa rejection especially for those that don't have any relevant degree or previous work experience in the field. In saying that, there are people who have been successful in securing a visa even though they don't have relevant degree or work experience in social work. It's a 50/50.

The choice is yours. Your agent is only there to guide you.

Most airlines won't let you fly if your passport validity is less than 6 months. You need to wait until her new passport is ready, then update the new passport details in immi account. The visa will automatically be updated to the new passport.

I booked my biometrics myself online in vfs global and I paid about 12,500 in the AU office in vfs. For the medicals, every dates in the IOM website were booked, I had to call someone in Lagos to go to their office and they help me secured a spot, I paid 20k to get the spot secured because I was in a haste. Lastly, I met a girl at the medicals and she told me that she was able to book her date earlier by sending a mail to the IOM and they replied her, they were able to fix her a good date without paying. I hope this helps.

I see, were you required to present a covid vaccine card at the medical appointment center?

As if you’re paying people here to sit on forum 24/7 to answer questions.
This is a voluntary service out of busy schedules.
By the way, if you really want to dig for that information you’ll realise it has been answered countless times if you take your time to read previous threads.

Calm down when your ask questions. This is not a real-time service.

Someone advised that I should just use the recommended course and come in, then I would change later. Is this a good choice?

Hi guys please I have an enquiry to make ; I was refused a student visa (Master’s) on 13 January 2023 on the bases that I didn’t provide enough evidence of my relationship with my sponsor also that I may not have access to the money in the account of my sponsor . NB : (brother-in-law is my sponsor) .
I addressed the problem and reapplied again on the 2nd March 2023 with the same sponsor . I received again another refusal on 23rd May 2023 on the basis that the economic situation in my home country outweighs that in Australia therefore they’re not convinced that I’ll return after my study , now Torrens University has canceled my CoE and asked me to apply for withdrawal and refund which I have done . So someone is advising that I apply for admission to a LV1 school (UNSW) and use my dad as my sponsor , get their COE and reapply maybe I could stand a chance of getting a visa , please guys I need your suggestions on this matter .
