Mine was last 2 years when I acquired a land, up till now I've not recovered from it. And funny enough they are presently dragging the land with me but its well

My first journey outside Naija, I overpaid for everything. For visa, flights, hotel upon arrival.

I bought Crypto ( Luna tokens )with 5M (10,000$) ....I didn't see 100$ to take from it, everything crashed to Hades.......

I remembered when I bought my first car like 15yrs ago . Took out the entire 1.5m and promise the guy to pay balance 500k because I was expecting some cash. The dealer was a relative and he kept calling for his balance and he was cruising my car for like a month until i had the balance. We thank God for life coz we now change cars at our own convenience.

I got a 3 plots of land somewhere in Ogun state unknowing to me that the land has some issues. Till now we never solve am.

I contacted a seller on Facebook for a Camry muscle that I liked and was willing to buy.

I took a painter and not a mechanic for inspection and yet I paid 2.95m for v6 car. As a first timer,I couldn’t differentiate between a v6 and v4 and the painter didn’t tell me much about these things before I choked my head into it.

Las las, I spent another 3m plus from feb till April for upgrade and change of engine as the previous engine got knocked on my way to Abeokuta.

If I had known, I would have just built an hostel jejely then.

The car keeps taking a minimum of #10k fuel from me every week as its fuel consumption rate is high even after all I have done.

Now,the car is okay as I have upgraded it to Belgium state and only the weekly fuel consumption is constant.

My advice to everyone reading this, "Pls do not be like me. Any business idea, investment you have no knowledge of, biko invest in knowing it first before you do any commitment to the business, if you can't make that sacrifice, pls don't waste your hsrd earned money starting the business because those who know the business that you think you can trust to be your guidance in the business will just take advantage of the situation and wreck you.

Never in your life buy land and not have enough money to take it to window level the few days to the time of purchase.. It's very risky... Buy land na that simple pass.
