No, there is no need for amendments of constitution as it become useless after the adoption of regionalism. What presidency need is to override Legislature acts and deal directly with masses through Plebiscite.

The central will maintain national armies and foreign policy, while regional governments pays royalty or taxes to FG to maintain her limited budget.
