Why You Should Always Ask the Holy Spirit for Help.

Romans 8:26 KJV
Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

Introduction
One of the principal ministries or duties of the Holy Spirit is the ministry of help - to help the children of God.

Romans 8:26 above clearly and rightly alluded to the fact the humans have infirmities, not the infirmity of sickness and ill health, but that of human limitations and incapabilities. And it is the responsibility of the Holy Spirit to us out of those limitations; though, the Holy Spirit helps us out of sicknesses, as well.

The plural form of the word infirmity in the scripture above, which the Holy Spirit is to help us out of, shows that the help which we can get from the Holy Spirit is without limit. It covers all aspect of human life: prayer, examination, interview, giving response, office duty, cooking in kitchen, and more.

But the problem with man, especially the children of God, is that we rarely ask the Holy Spirit for help, thereby making Him incapacitated in performing His official duty. However, much more than that, we deny ourselves the opportunity to achieve great deals of result by asking for help from the only One that can render true help in the time of need.

My testimonies asking Holy Spirit for Help.
One secret I have always benefited from is that of asking Holy Spirit for help. There is no single time I have asked him for help that He has never helped me[b]. I repeat, no single occasion.

Let me recount some few instances.

[b]Examination
Few months ago, I had two online examinations to write at barely one week interval to each other. I had read and prepared very well for the examinations.

During the first examination, I realised about the first five questions were strange to me and didn't know the correct answers to them. That made me lose courage. Fear set in. And I began to think I might fail the examination.

Then, I asked for help with a simple prayer: Holy Spirit, help me in Jesus name. Almost immediately, I heard a whisper to my spirit: start the examination from the last question, upwards.

In obedience, I scrolled down to the last of the forty questions, and guess what, I knew the answer. I attempted the question before that one as well and I knew the answer. By the time I got to the first few questions that I left at the beginning, I had gotten enough tips to answer them correctly. I passed that examination with 85% score.

For the second examination, it was one day to the examination that I got to know the syllabus had been changed. There was nothing much I could do by that time. At the examination, many questions asked were based on the updated syllabus. I began to ask Holy Spirit for help and was reading the questions slowly. I passed the examination by scoring 850 out the maximum 1000.

As I stepped out of the second examination jubilating for the success, I heard another whisper in my spirit: can you see any similarity in your two examinations? Then it was said to me that the Holy Spirit really helped me; each of them was an 85% score, and it was no coincidence.

And why is it “Only those at the forefront of combating mosquito can ask for God’s help”, what about those that have human feelings(don’t you have one) or those that their children are dying, have they not been asking for help?

There are millions of issues in the world affecting people differently and to varying degrees. Mosquito is only one of them. How many of these issues can I mention one by one to God in prayer? Different people will have to mention the ones that concern them to God.

I don’t think there are many million issues in the world that are killing people like malaria, over hundred people especially children die from it just in Nigeria only, why don’t you start mentioning malaria first, start from there, talk to your spirit for help.
And I mentioned malaria not mosquito.
Over hundred people die of malaria everyday in Nigeria you think those victims and people related to these victims have not been mentioning gods/spirit for help but nothing was done?
It seems you have direct contact with this spirit that can help you with exams, I’m sure that this spirit will be much more willing to help you in a more important matter.

Even if there are million issues in the world and you have the power to talk to a spirit and solve this issue, why won’t you mention these million issues to the spirit?

Let me start with the incident that the Holy Spirit used to inspire this message.

I was working overnight in my place of work. And then, I wanted to go and check the equipment and servers to see that their working conditions are fine, as we must routinely check. And then the bunch of keys that I would use to open four different rooms containing the equipment was missing.

It was around 4a.m. I searched everywhere but couldn't find it. I phoned someone whom I thought might be in possession of the keys but he was not in possession of them.

What would I do, now? If the keys could not be found, the doors might have to be broken so that we can gain access to the equipment and servers but that has to be in the morning. But What if an emergency situation like fire or something occurred in any of the rooms before morning?

I was confused. Then, I remembered to ask the Holy Spirit for help. *Holy Spirit, help me in Jesus name*. I prayed.

Immediately I finished the prayer, I felt a rumbling in my tummy and I ran to the toilet to defecate.

As I shut the door of the toilet to quickly defecate and then go back to continue the search for the equipment rooms' keys, I looked up and saw the bunch of key hung up on a nail at the back of the toilet door. I smiled and gently remove it. I could hardly defecate again. I removed the keys and went back to my office. It was then I realised that Holy Spirit was helping me find the key by sending me to the toilet

I was the one that hanged the keys at the back of the toilet door when I went to wash my hands in the toilet, few hours earlier but forgot to remove it when I left.

There are many occasions other that I have had to misplace items at home, especially my reading glasses, and I needed to find it. Eye glasses are not like mobile phones that you could place a call to and then trace its location, in the home, when it rings.

On some occasions, my wife and I would have searched the whole room for many minutes, if not up to hour, without finding my reading glasses. Then I would suddenly remember to ask Holy Spirit to help me find it. Guess what? It will only take me a few minutes from the moment I asked for help that I will find the glasses.

Listen to your advice and ask that spirit for help, more than 100 people will die of malaria today, don’t you have human feelings?

Since you are good at talking to spirit and they answer within minutes, have humans feelings and tell the spirit.
The last time we talked was on 14, today is 23, over 900 children have died because of malaria within those days.

The Holy Spirit is our present help in trouble. Call on Him, he will help you.

Either they don't have or it is a false claim

You cannot prevail with sheer strength. Ask the Holy Spirit for help.

The ministry of the Holy Spirit is the ministry of help. Ask Him for help.

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

The scripture above did not say that God will send help to us when we are in trouble. It says that God is our very present help in trouble: in other words, as we run into any trouble, the Holy Spirit is waiting there to help us out of that trouble. However, we must still ask Him for that help to be appropriated for us in that situation.

Your hatred for the truth won't allow you gain accurate knowledge but it's OK after all you're just disturbed that many still hold firm to their religion despite all the insults and abusive speeches you and your cohorts are throwing up and down.

God's Holy Spirit is the an energy from God it only work with people who are honest hearted and sincere, it doesn't speak directly as most Bible readers asserts rather it guides faithful servants of God to make wise decisions.

After considering how this force works making individuals in different locations, languages and occupations reason alike it's like someone is actually directing them to the same place and that person is the God of honest hearted and sincere individuals!
