Personally, I have no problem with people who have given up on Nigeria and decided to try their luck in other places. Except for one group of people. THOSE WHO VOTED THE BAD LEADERSHIP WE ARE SUFFERING FROM THEN RUNNING AWAY BY THEMSELVES OR WITH THEIR FAMILIES. How can you vote for buhari and tinubu yet you refuse to stay in Nigeria to witness the government that you voted for? 2 Likes 1 Share |

A guy shared a story of when he was waiting for his transfer flight and got in conversation with certain Nigerians who voted for tinubu and were in the middle of Japa. He asked them that they seem reasonable, why did they vote for tinubu after experiencing the last 8 years of buhari. They kept quiet until one of them said that they were worried that igbos will make fun of them if Peter obi had won. So because they didn’t want igbos to make fun of them, they voted for tinubu. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the mentality of people you share a country with. 7 Likes 1 Share |

slimfit1: The money that Nigerian leaders have stolen nko? You have no grounds to demand such from the British especially when you have populations voting regressive and corrupt leaders. |

Offpointng: No igbo man is myopic enough to vote bad leadership because they are worried about being made fun of. Igbos actually need good leadership no matter where that person comes from because with good leadership, everyone benefits. On the other hand some others care about their tribe being made fun of more than they care about good leadership. 1 Like 1 Share |

Offpointng: Because u know right in ur mind that u have nothing to boast of. People who boast are people who have something to show for it. It is also an act of expression. Boasting has no monopoly,no one clipped your mouths not to boast but I can tell u because u are an empty barrel that is why people like u find it uneasy around achievers. Boast your own and beat your chest with facts...not with emptiness. 1 Like 1 Share |

horsepower102:. I will rather vote for Tinubu than 1 million of obi, who is obi to Tinubu in terms of achievements , building men, can you write Lagos success story without mentioning Tinubu name, the Lekki free zone that now host Dangote refinery was Tinubu Idea. I don't know why fools compare Tinubu with Obi. |

In 2015 in a work whatsapp group i was called names by some of my colleagues when i said Buhari has no track record of success and not capable of performing. They abused hell out of me. Between 2018 and 2019 many of them ran to Canada and USA. I even met one babe at the ielts centre and we exchanged details. This babe was posting Buhari second term on social media. Apparently she was in one of the support groups. One day i challenged her , after we jammed again in one Canada group .she was like she is wetting the ground down for future appointments. I muted her posts since then . Some people are evil and heartless 1 Like |

Nice2023: No actually, it's an empty barrel boast and as we all know, Empty barrels makes the loudest noise. With all your noises; > Igbos are not the most educated and civilized tribe > No Igbo states is amongst the top 10 most valuable state in Nigeria in terms of GDP > Igbos have still not matched the Yorubas in making positive waves abroad. what do we read of Igbos abroad if not crime? > Mentioning top 10 richest men in Africa, where are the Igbos? they're no where to be found > Igbos feels they need to travel to the SW and even establish in the SW bfr they make it in life but 90% of Yorubas don't even know the route to pass to the SE. > Currently SW happen to be the most peaceful region in the South, SE is the worse in the whole South. and lots more to mention So Mr chest beater from the Empty barrel clan of the South East. You won't make noise over things you know you have and that's being "Classy" I know the next thing you would turn to is insult esp someone from a ravaged region but if I reply you an Empty barrel again make moon no show for my side this night. |

Re: My Only Problem With Japa Culture Among Nigerians by horsepower102: 5:40pm On May 25, 2023 |
Offpointng: Well time will tell. Igbos warned about buhari and the disaster he will become, they were ignored because of hatred and short sightedness. Now they are warning the same about tinubu and his people are rejoicing. Time always vindicates the Igbos. |

ednut1: Honestly, the hypocrisy is sickening. How can you vote horrible people into power then have the mind to leave the country for a better life. All just to brag that your person is power. It's unfortunate that we share a country where so many are willing to cut their noses to spite their face. 1 Like |

horsepower102: Ikpeazu at the moment is Nigeria's most useless Governor. Why didn't Igbos join heads to warn Abia people? same with Imo state governor who was caught saying he can die for Buhari and boast of inviting the military to kill innocent youths at Owerri, Enugu is not left behind to. Why were the residents of these states not warned? Look truth be told, I supported Obi and my family all voted for him esp being westerners but we really have to come to a common knowledge that there's little to what Obi can do in helping Nigeria, You have to understand that these Cabals that controlled Goodluck and hijacked Buhari's government are still very much alive and are too powerful for Obi to fight (This is the gospel truth) If they can frustrate Goodluck and made useless of his administration, what gives you the assurance they would not do worse for a Man whom the masses only are his structure (masses that can't even fight for themselves) Obi will literally do little but for a stubborn man like Tinubu who's a Godfather on his own, I doubt the abilities of Cabals to fully control him. More reasons I asked you to read his antecedents, Tinubu put capable hands into work and we can see that in the likes of Osinbajo, fashola etc. It's too late now, we just gotta get supporting Tinubu |
