As a car owner with two cars, using one for the hustle and been among the silent readers association on nairaland
Joined a telegram group here to learn how to increase my earnings by a veteran here who many folks look up to and mentors
After some months in the hustle, saw a post from someone in the telegram group looking for a rental. The telegram group being a closed forum with like minds I posted also that I have a car lying idle and up for rental.
In my thinking I could use it to earn extra income through rentals
So the person dm'd me and we agreed for 30k weekly because from his posts he nets huge and puts in the time so I thought he is ideal for the position
We met signed all relevant document and the car was given. After months I discovered this person was the same person that created this telegram group but used an alternate line to strike this rental deal. Inotherwords he has two numbers on the platform. That means I've been partnering with my mentor 😢

Una don start ooh,
Na so TheModerator push FASASI1 till he begin drag Felicity001 calling Tojahh scammer but later erased it and then pope191 join before you know it bottles don dey fly.

E be like say Mentor don rip partner & mentee grin

Leave them, evil doers will never see a crime in bananas but they will keep asking.for Jesus to be crucified.

Same way Prof.pope191. was busy making a foolmof himself posting WhatsApp conversation btw god knows who of how he's building a ghost house, parked 2 cars in a rented 1 room apartment in Ojodu berger-/akute side even asking me to post my under bridge rent receipt...lolzzz.

That was the same way our mentort- oga at the top was posting receipt of a 1m.remt in Chevron and monthly groos of 1m...

Deceiving and lying to the wirld he changed from matrix to 2014 Corolla/Camry without loan... Chai!!! I was thinking then weda my village people do me...lolz... Abi shey this guy.no dey buy fuel or pay commission??

Using lies to gain cheap popularity and favour... I wonder how many other people he must have also scammed with this similar trick.

Like if you don't have a skeleton in your closest why hide your identity when calling someone?

Like me now, I've just one mobile line and I've been using this same line since 2004, I had an Airtel line when I worked with Airtel then but after then had to throwaway the line because they made it useless to me.

I remember the other time he opened a different moniker and used it to eat the we @ Dru23's contest as the 1st and 2nd highest earner...

I've always say here, truth is a seed no matter what it will spring up one day.

Let me modify that word. Truth is a light that darkness can never defeat.

No moral standard
No moral decency
No moral standard.

How can same person hide under the skin of two persons yet some people.are asking if he's living up to the agreement?

Pride the bible says goes before a fall.

When I was still renting I was never ashamed to come here to place an ads for rental... That guy was one among many that lambasted me... Called me all sort of names... Even till today pope is still insulting his business... Fooools of the decade.

Can you imagine, so after all the lies and hate he's still.doeant have a car after all.

Hmm... Poor thing

Timiya talk am ooo dem no hear

Currently from the last 6 months the demand for Toyota Corolla has gone down.

Currently the demand for 02-04 Corolla has gone up together with 99-2002 camry.

Someone was even asking for a registered Nissan Micra yesterday in Lagos ooo...
If I've to project into the future with balablu being the president I see yellow cabs bouncing back to the ring becoming a champion.

I made similar prediction when indriver was coming inboard that we should start kissing festive seasons cashout good by, many called me prophet of doom. I said it here that indriver is coming to kill the business... Look at it today

I'm saying again, think twice before investing into the business.

Yesterday someone contacted me for a.toks camry sport 2008 I'd for sale and I asked him what do you need this car for? He said Uber... I told him if you must venture into Uber biz bros let's get a Corolla or Honda Civic toks standard and he said fine.
I'll stop being the nice guy and quietly do my business.

Another person that has problem with Tinubu.
Tinubu has been Godfather since 1999, Yellow cabs didn't come back. Instead BRT came, ferry came, small Buses came, even LAGRIDE came.

So if he becomes president, he will bring back the yellow cabs and Molue abi? 😁

We are talking about the cab man's net earning, his take home after all expenses oh not gross earnings.

Let's not twist it. Card payment method can charge the rider double yet the driver won't even see shishi because his balance would have been counting -ve so he probably must have hustled backwards...lol

Lol, the net is an overkill. I didn't want to bother with it. I seem to like their method. They only need one or two trips a day to meet their target.

A taxi driver once told me he wakes up early, loads Choba to Eleme junction twice in the morning and twice in the evening and he's done for the day. Said transportation business is not meant to be done every day from morning till night or you'll risk burnout.

Maybe that's why those men are able to last years and the average bolt driver quits in less than two years.

With his high work-rate i.e. efficiency (which is the only way to make decent money in e-hailing, with artificially low fares) it is actually more profitable for him to rent.

Look, Lagos movement is 90% off-road conditions (with the floods too) & the mechos are mostly quacks, so you're basically driving the cars to death. I bet you handle major servicing/maintenance, or is he decent enough to split it down the middle with you? I doubt that. The ride coys are now taking '98, '99 cars now because they gat no plans to adjust fares anytime soon. Putting a toks vehicle into Lagos e-hailing is dumb business-sense, simply put. I've been saying this since 2018

Unless you're renting tho grin

Say no more. We all know who you are talking about. I was the first to expose him here as a liar and fake. Infact, I know him as a bandit and warned people. But his attack dogs came for my head. Of course, I didn't spare these dullards because I don't mince words and knew exactly what I was saying.

Here you go, now they will say TheModerator is dav1002. Same way they have likened me to all the monikers of their advasries here.. I warned them not to follow this liar. I always tell people to work with your own instinct since the business is not for everyone. What may work for "A', may never apply to 'B', such is the way the business is structured. You will always learn how it works for you from experience and trips. Fools will not listen. Prefer going with a mad man and a thief, calling him mentor grin

It's strange how they will still defend him for lying and not saying the truth about who he really is and how he truly goes about his business. Well done for bringing this out. I know you have more to tell us. Just hit the pedal bros and say it, I'm with you here. Bustard cheerfulgiver

If truly, the mystery man is Cheerful, then your submission is the only logical reason why he'll take up rental.

Myself as an example, recently I've been looking out for rental deal, I almost contacted Ghost1994 for his Nissan, but location made me not to.

What is my reason for looking at renting again? I want to drop my current car with my wife to use for running around, we have a baby and I'm not comfortable with her going out in public transport with the baby, so we've been ordering rides and omo, our riders they try. Last week, I spent about 21k on ride from Sangotedo to Ikorodu and back.

So if you see me renting tomorrow, one might think probably something is wrong.

As far as I know, cheerful is just start a family too, who knows? He might have dropped the corolla with his wife....

I support your motion...taking up rental even if you have your own car is not a bad idea and is not the end of life....anybody can take up rental even if you own a car and different reasons could warrant that...best known to the person concerned...anybody can get hit by life provided u dust up, pick up yourself n keep moving....the sky is the starting point...of anything happens to anyone here, we should nt rejoice in the unfortunate incident, but sympathize with the person n continue with life cos life can happen to anybody...pls no offense intended to anybody....peace

Except it's an emergency situation, or u don't have a choice, its never a better option. In d long run u will be running at a lose.
By the time u calculate ur weekly rentals in one year u have most likely paid 1.4m to someone for nothing of benefit to you.

Even if wifey is going out everyday, u will not spend 1m in TP. How much did you make on that day she went to Ikorodu? What stopped u from taking off that day to take her to and fro?
Sometimes we need to calculate and recalculate inother to unlock a mystery.
Why on Earth will u leave your good car at home just to take another rentals? (If it's HP I can understand,) in essence it means u r spending 30k minimum on TP every week for your wife, this is asides fueling and maintainance of the car. But if they are to take Bolt, will u spend that much weekly?

So to me I think it's better u do the movement personally or pay for bolt, rather than stress her to drive and still pay someone else weekly on ur rentals.

Except ur car is giving u issues, or it's down and u don't have d money to fix it then u can source for rentals and raise money to fix ur car.

Cheerfulgiver must have obtained something very dear to you. This beef don pass ordinary quarrel between partner and driver, especially when u were the partner.

The most interesting part of the issue between TheModerator and cheerful is that till today the accuser has not even hinted at what exactly happened between them. No proof or complaint of anything solid at all. Just a very loose tongue wagging grin

Many people here know my house and office. Feel free to visit, if u don't have anything reasonable to do with your life, I could employ you as a cleaner since u r good at searching for dirt.
