Zidane is the most graceful player that ever kicked a ball. My my!!

In Nigeria, the most graceful player is Obi. Kanu too but Obi wears the crown.

Zizou's elegance is unmatched in my opinion.

Made difficult things in the game look so easy. These are the sort of things that stats can't tell.

FOR THE FLYING EAGLES TO PLACE THIRD: THE BRAZIL U20 TEAM MUST BEAT THEM BY A 3-0 MARGIN WHILE ITALY DEFEATS DOMINICAN REPUBLIC BY ANY SCORE LINE.
FOR THE FLYING EAGLES TO PLACE SECOND: THE BRAZIL U20 TEAM MUST BEAT THEM BY A 2-0 MARGIN IRRESPECTIVE OF THE OUTCOME OF THE ITALY v DOMINICAN REPUBLIC GAME.
FOR THE FLYING EAGLES TO PLACE 1ST THEY MUST NOT LOSE BY MORE THAN 1-0 MARGIN TO BRAZIL AS A WORST POSSIBLE OUTCOME.
IN ALL THE PERMUTATIONS NIGERIA HAS ALREADY QUALIFIED BECAUSE UZBEKISTAN'S GROUP AND SENEGAL'S GROUP MAY HAVE A THIRD PLACED WHOSE MAXIMUM POINTS CAN ONLY BE 4POINTS AND NIGERIA ALREADY HAS 6POINTS

Whether you use caps or not, there are holes in this analysis, but we get your point.
I don't really trust FE not to lose to Brazil. Let's see how the game goes.

No holes anywhere. THE FLYING EAGLES WILL MOST LIKELY PLAY 1-1.

The KING IS COMING! GET READY! Ordinary Isak and Awoniyi are making fool out of those average EPL defenders. lol!
Oga Majori,Awoniyi is not ordinary, having Osimehn should not negate description of other performing Nigeria strikers..

I have said it here, what Osimehn does on the field is more than goal scoring and coming to EPL would be easy for him not cuz EPL defenders are average but cuz he has it all to excel anywhere based on his pedigree as a striker

Okocha was not graceful he was a great dribbler just as Ronaldinho was a better dribbler than Zidane.

Brazil only needs to beat Nigeria by a one goal margin and Italy beat Dominican republic by 2 or less goal margin for Nigeria to finish second.
That, probably, is the hole he was pointing at.

Finishing second or third in that group will put us against very difficult opponents in the second round ( England, Argentina and the likes)
If we can win that group we will most likely play Slovakia (if they emerge amongst the 4 best 3rd placed teams)

Omo...Brazil go see 'mechanic resurrection' football and run. grin grin

That was an impressive performance. This is what happens when you invite the right players. Some Nigerian coaches may definitely has the tactical knowledge but egunje no go let them call up suitable players.

Kudos to the goalkeeper...his calmness and composure especially with aerial ball is impressive. He is miles better than Oga NEPA.
Uzoho the breathing basket 🤣

Absolutely wrong.
Let me cite 1 group instance involving Nigeria in USA 94.
IN USA 94 GROUP D
Argentina v Greece (4:0)
Nigeria v Bulgaria (3:0)
Argentina v Nigeria (2:1)
Bulgaria v Greece (4:0)
Argentina v Bulgaria (0:2)
Nigeria v Greece (2:0)
Nigeria,Argentina and Bulgaria ended all on 6points. The matches against the bottom team Greece were not considered in the placement rather the matches between the 3 equally placed points teams was used so Nigeria placed 1st on 4 goals scored and 2conceded
Bulgaria placed 2nd on 2goals scored and 3conceded because they beat Argentina and Argentina placed 3rd on 2goals scored and 3conceded.

Wrong. At USA 94 Nigeria came first on goals difference (+4, scored 6 conceded 2). Bulgaria and Argentina were tied on points, goals difference and goals scored. That is Bulgaria (+3, scored 6 conceded 3), Argentina (+3 scored 6 conceded 3). Bulgaria came second on their head to head against Argentina (they won 2:0). So, when the points are tied, the first tiebreaker is goal difference involving all the matches.

Poetry in motion Zizou was. With Mikel I only saw hint of that in 2013 Confed cup. Watching Pirlo play at his prime just makes me smh how Mikel didn't really fulfill his true potential.

What if Brazil beat us and Italy beat Dominican Republic? All 3 would be on 6 points. Italy beat Brazil, Nigeria beat Italy, Brazil beat us.

In any case, goal difference is what would be used in this tournament. So if above happens, it will be
Brazil, then Nigeria or Italy in second depending on goal difference.
Our Boys will hold out for a score draw or even beat Brazil

Nigeria go decimate Brazil.

I watched Brazil first match vs Italy. I laugh tire. Italy leading 3-0 first half and the Brazilians were still trying to dribble and execute near impossible skill. I reckon they think this is 1998 when they had Ronaldo etc.

I’m very sure the 🇧🇷 will receive beating. No permutations, no draw, this is outright beating. The Dominicans first goal against us was the mistake and the team came back as they should, and also rightfully destroyed Italy.

First play what I dropped. The reason is this: irrespective of the outcome we have already qualified.
Brazil will not advance through to the 2nd round even as best 3rd if they lose to Nigeria.
Nigeria will likely keep off players on yellow cards ahead of the 2nd Round and also give 2newbies a chance to prove their selection

Having said all that Brazil are the hungrier of the 2 in terms of points to qualify and Nigeria will proof that not conceding to Italy but putting 2past them was no flash in the pan, hence edit my post to X2 and OVER 1.5 in favour of the Flying Eagles of Nigeria.

Brosnan, I love ur optimism but u hv to lower ur expectations.

At this level, South American teams have always being our nemesis. We have never ever beaten any south American team at this level in over 10 attempts and this includes:

Peru
Venezuela
Uruguay
Chile and of course,
Argentina.

The best we've ever had was a draw against, well, Brazil in 2005.

i don’t even care about bet9ja, I’m here looking to bet with anyone that thinks Brazil that just got hammered (3-0) first half by Italy we destroyed will win us. Let’s just do play play and bet for the fun of it. Anyone Maybe 5k, just for fun.

Don’t come here and say much, if you think they gonna beat us cuz they Brazilian, then put your money. Simple.
