I too can't figure the idea of taking HP, else one wants to be paying 60k or 50k weekly from the proceed of both cars. But if a car worth 2.8m and I am ask to pay 4m. That's extra 1.2m. It will still take a year and 8 months to pay up if I am paying 50k weekly. Well I don't think I want to sit here and do someone else maths, so I'll face front.

But on the ranted November/December? No gain saying you can do 700/800k during these months and car is almost bond to face mech in January and over flocking inbetween. I'll prefer to give car owner 240k and let him deal with his car from January.

NB - I won't intentional damage someone's valunable, but cars work more during Nov/Dec.

100% agree with you and understand that it’s better to rent a car in December drive it to death and return the carcass to dav1002

Unless the hustle has changed there is no way you will be set free and go bound yourself to another bondage.

E go hard me to understand that it’s now profitable to go for HP than drive ur own car

What is hard to understand there?

You collected hp to remit N30k weekly and after a few months you complete your contract and own the car.

You then find a hardworking ‘ant’ driver and give your newly possessed car to drive and remit N30k to you weekly.

You go out and search for another hp contract to remit N25k - N30k weekly until you own the car.

You drive for the week, your own driver also drives for that same week . . . Now you have the choice of sitting at home on a few days and collecting the N30k from your own driver to remit to your new partner.

Every week you now save N30k, in a few months you pay off the current hp you have and then own the vehicle.

You then find another new hardworking ‘any’ driver to handle your newly owned car to remit N30k weekly on rentals.

Now you have two drivers remitting N60k weekly, you then go and take up a new hp contract to remit N30k to your new partner.

From this point on you can choose to sleep for a full week and still be able to collect rentals from your other two vehicles and remit to your new partner. If you’re still hardworking then you will be ‘almost’ certain of receiving N60k + weekly from all your hustles.

In a few months you clear off your current hp contract and then own 3 vehicles working for you. At this point you can still rinse and repeat or just use your skill and experience to manage the current fleet you have.

The above is just a business model one can use in this hustle as a poster pointed out earlier. So at this juncture I hope I have been able to convince you and not to confuse you . . . blah - blah - blah grin

There are many reasons why people can decide to pick up another HP after completing the present one.

My car is Nigerian Used, Bolt gave an option to get a car from them on HP. I wanted to consider it because Bolt was intending to give me Toks.

My plan was to give my car out on rentals to another driver while I use major part of his remittance to offset the bolt HP.

In actual sense, someone can give his present car out to another driver while he uses the money to offset another HP at his leisure.

Put differently, If a driver earns 60k weekly on his car, he gives it out and takes another on HP. He's now earning 90k weekly(30k from rentals and 60k of his own). He pays 30k rental to the owner of the HP car and he's back to the same 60k he was earning on one car.

Difference is, at the end of two years or however long the HP takes, he now has two cars as against one.

This is a perfect scenario which is far from reality. I have not considered cost of maintenance and unforseen issues that may occur with the HP car.

Another thing to consider is, the vehicle he's giving out has been used at least 2 years on E-haling. Can the 30k weekly rental its bringing in sustain the cost of repairs?

The model requires a lot of thinking and careful analysis so the driver does not think he's making more money when he's actually losing

You see where I deh try balance the logic? Because one need to know the cost of HP before putting foot into it. Assuming the HP is 3m and I have 2m. Why didn't I borrow myself my 2m, get a car and put myself on 2m HP. At least that why I save myself of 1m stress.

The telegram group being a closed forum with like minds
I posted also that I have a car lying idle and up for rental.
In my thinking I could use it to earn extra income through rentals
So the person dm'd me and we agreed for 30k weekly because from his posts he nets huge and puts in the time so I thought he is ideal for the position
We met signed all relevant document and the car was given. After months I discovered this person was the same person that created this telegram group but used an alternate line to strike this rental deal. Inotherwords he has two numbers on the platform. That means I've been partnering with my mentor 😢

I feel your pain, your mentorpartner scammed you with another identity to strike deal…

I don’t know why your partner mentor didn’t allow me joint that Telegram group; so u submitted marriage certificate, birth certificate and state of origin too.

I thought everyone in that group are millionaires by now So na so so audio strategies grin grin grin

I never had an issue with you. I only asked you a question concerning what cheerfulgiver did to warrant your outbursts at the time the instead of sharing what was paining you for resolution you decided to wast my time (and others here) by trying to ‘remind me’ of who I am and what I looked like. Did Pearl tell you he has forgotten his own name and how his face is? You have time. Whatever is eating you up and painful to your heart with cheerful will continue to torment you till you confess.

Weren’t you the one who created a fresh moniker and came here to attack another person? With names like liar, fraud, cheat, scammer etc and other words you’ve used in describing cheerfulgiver?

It’s like he was doing something you wanted to be kept hidden. You have a sinister motive here against him. till this very moment you’re yet to tell us what transpired between the two of you and nobody knows you undecided

What wrong has anybody done to rent dav1002’s vehicle and continue to remit N30k as agreed? Is it about what he said concerning the vehicle ‘being rough’ ? It won’t be fair to judge because we all don’t know to what extent he’s speaking of.

Maybe you’d now say he used another number to approach dav1002 so he’s a liar and a fraud. It will now become funny because I’d ask you if you yourself don’t have more than one phone number too. For crying out loud you operate a burner account created solely for gaslighting another forum member and you still speak of skeletons and cupboards? Anyway flex. That’s what seun and his nairaland has now become. If it was in the good old days a mod would have retired this your account.

I poke my nose into stuffs? undecided No be here where we dey jejely you carry your story come post? Did anyone force you? Now I’m asking you questions and it has turned into poke nosing? 🤷🏽‍♂️ shebi you know there’s a literature section on this forum, why didn’t you take your story there so nobody would need to ‘poke nose’

Saying you’re fearing for your car is normal as an owner but your description of the car ‘not looking nice’ at your last inspection is extremely vague.

If you want to accuse someone openly of something why not come out plain and speak up? Why do you want the rest of the people here to follow you and crucify someone over a statement as generic as ‘your car was not looking nice’ ? There are many minor and major things that you saw which you considered serious damage for you to bring it up here right?

Well as I said before, I never really sabi wetin your own issue be with your driver so I been don free you to face your business wink

No sentiments in business bro. Take your car from him. He doesn't drive like a normal human being. He's too desperate, enters every corner of Lagos, day and night. Na only for inside lagoon cheerfulgiver never drive. You drive too, you know what I'm saying.

I will be candid with you, take that car away, rethink the business or give it to someone that will at least know how a car should be driven. My take.
