the 2023 budget was done by BUHARI...where does tinubu come into play?

this subsidy was removed the day the 2023 budget was passed,which stated that subsidy will only last for the first half of the year...now what I don't understand is,are the marketers trying to gather as much as they can from nigerians,so they can fund the new price which is suppose to be from July 1...this nigeria is very useless...I thought they have regulatory bodies...it's a shame

There should be government regulation or else the oil marketers will exploit Nigerians. They could come together and centralized the price.
