SAN Emeka: My lord, we are starting with Benue State today. I am tendering form EC8A sheets for the 23 LG of Benue State.

Justice Tsammani: How many states are you looking at.

SAN Emeka: 18 states my lord.

Justice Tsammani: Why not submit form EC8A and form EC8B together.

SAN Emeka: That is what we are doing.

Justice Tsammani: No, you’re doing it one after the other, that’s tiring.

SAN Emeka: We are starting with Benue my Lord. Let’s take it one after the other.

Right now there is currently an argument on filing of the documents.

Justice Tsammani is saying he needs a schedule so that he can follow up on the LG by LG forms being submitted.

He has given the courtroom and the LP lawyers 10 minutes recess that they should make a list of how they intend to present the LG by LG forms so they can follow up with hope the case is going on instead of writing the LG one after the other during proceedings and wasting time.

He's quoting what everyone says or did in the court room today, you can filter what's and what's not bias for your hearing.

If you need a summary, Obi/labour party present evidence for BENUE, Niger, Ekiti which was rejected both inec, APC and Tinubu lawyers.

It is not so sir.according to the apex court ruling in osun,the most vital and primary results are those one gotten directly from the polling units that is manual form ec8a.you must present it first.irev and bvas results are secondary and unreliable.obi must present the inec copies and compare with his own agents copies.he must do them each unit at a time.even that rivers result,obi must prove it to the court one by one based on physical results not irev
