My advice is to go for casement windows embedded burglaries or sliding embedded with burglaries, dats latex design now,
And it will very durable, and strong, here are some pictures of it,

I didnt ask but i dont think its a problem, i saw a truck 2 weeks ago driving into the estate to do for someone. they should be happy am setting a standard instead.

Am looking at replicating it in Nigeria but its too heavy to cargo.

It is possible to remove it completely. It can be done manually or mechanically depends on your choice.

It would be advisable to remove the whole structure completely from the site. Reasons been..
(1) the standard of the existing foundation might not been known. So it will be safe to have your own built from inception to cater for all the big English that may come later.
(2) Space might also be different, with this it might call for additional joining of some parts or removal,(to suit ur design wishes) which will be somehow as the whole foundation will not have a monolithic bonding.

From experience, how much do you think will successfully remove an old four bedroom bungalow from a land? Just a rough estimate pls. Additionally, how should one handle the soakaway pits? Should they be reused or filled up?
