At least they should have put things in place before removing it.

This NLC are bunch of jokers. After one meeting with the govt that didn't yield any fruit, next action is strike.
They should've at least tried negotiating with the govt up to 3 times ( to show effort that they want the issue resolve) before threatening with strike action. We are just program for conflicts only.
