I'm not saying she shouldn't fight for justice but considering the fact that the dead is gone and cannot be bring back to life, she should have collected the 71m... That's her gain and it will go along way helping her and the kids

This case was so sensational, I hope justice was served, justice isn't playing to the gallery or appealing to the masses.. I still don't get why a man of such caliber will go to his hotel with the sole purpose of killing a lodger... Like I said I hope justice was served

It shouldn't be a surprise if money ritual is truly involved as mentioned by some people. It could be renewal stuff.

These South West skull miners would do anything within their capacity to remain in business of destroying destinies and sniffing out lives of poor innocent Nigerians, thank God she rejected the smelly blood money. May God reign judgment on this man, family and accomplices

The way OKIJA shrine and human abbatoir patrons and customers remained in business even till date.
One of them eventually bacame a governor and a minister. Have you forgotten?

Isiala Ngwa is the official headquarter of head and skull miners. Now, baby production has been added for more output. Wonderful economics. Have you forgotten?

The Adedoyin man is a goner even if the death warrant is never signed.

1. No one will release him... At most, his death penalty will only be commutted to life imprisonment. Not like he is a political prisoner or something. He committed murder...

2. What I think may happen is that some powerful people may seize this opportunity to take over his assets cheaply. This is what I mean...

Assuming that I am the state governor or even the head of prisons in the state or any other powerful politician in the state and I am a bad guy. I can threaten Adedoyin to sell his (assets) hotel, university, buildings etc. cheaply to me with the promise that I will not sign his death warrant... I will prepare the assets sales/handover documents which will be taken to him in the prison to sign.... For example, I can buy off his assets worth billions cheaply at say 200million or less..

Some family members and business partners may not even want him to come out of prison so that they can take things over from him...

It will be difficult to replace him with someone else in prison. Even if that is done, he can't live a free life ... It's risky for the prison authorities to do...

Criminal case is against the state while civil case is against individual. Even if the lady in question collect the money , the state will still go ahead with the case . It is about the state and Mr culprit. You don't come to court and waste court time .

Don't you understand that it is not about money but stopping him from doing the same thing to another person. What if she accepts the money and another person falls victim?

Let me not say what is on my mind sha. She Bleep up. But she can still sue the estate of the convct and collect better settlement.

It only showed that poverty no dey control her mind. Never heard what a mother's love is to her child, that's why you have this opinion.
Guilt of collecting that money might kill a good mother in matters of months only for others who may not even care about her or the deceased son to squander the money.

Crime doesn't pay. If we allow our culture to keep luring us to believe there's money ritual somewhere, this is what it often results to.

80% of what it takes to succeed is already in us. If we focus money with all zeal, won't we find it? So, having a workable intelligent plan will work.

Instead of running after rituals, read more books and make more friends. Agree with what you don't know and keep evolving.

Money is not the purpose of life. The life you live helping others out of their pains and anguish is priceless, leave the wicked to their ways, they can't be preached to, and you won't be the first or the last to try.

Follow up with your God given dreams. If it leads to success, live with it as if it never matter, like the victory is to Tinubu, and if the dream snaps, you would have become a remarkable person to people in your life.

May our children surpass us wherever we fail in good works.

That's blood money or what Muslims call diyyah. Iys legal. She should have collected it, only that she won't be able to fight for justice for her hisband if she collects it. As long as she is satisfied and happy with the justice then its all good.

He has appealed the judgement as I learnt.

The life of a man is greater than the wealth of a man.

You can do justice to the rest.
