Hello Nairalanders,

Sometimes you pray to God to give you money and when you finally see the little money, you will be confused on what to use the money to do to change your life

I have between 2-3 million but really afraid of making a decision on what business to invest it on because I have suffered and wouldn't want to remain the way I am.

My plan is to use the money to succeed in life, I have thought of leaving Nigeria but the money is not enough.

Please help and suggest what I can do to ensure that I remain a millionaire.

My wife suggested that I buy a land in a new developing area which cost between 1-1.7 million and then put the remaining one in her Chemist shop. but according to my calculations. Land is good but not when you don't have a solid business at hand, as for her shop we might end up using the money to eat and I will remain where I am. So what do you think

Do you have sweet mouth, dress nice, and have top notch social life?

If you fit the criteria, I advice you to be flipping land. Buy and resell, but but strategic lots that fit your price.

Hint- People buy rubbish when they are drunk and always try to impress.

I am really not that social, I am a blogger and digital marketer, all I do is use my computer 24/7 which was ok for me unti this hardship in Nigeria came into play

Any business you want to start I will suggest you try with a little amount and see how it goes before putting the rest sum..
Or you can buy the Land, invest part in your wife's chemist then try a little business with the rest.

If your wife chemist shop is a small one, try invest into it & expand it for her, to be selling provision like baby daily needs. If she can, let her add POS to it,if she is in a busy area.
As for you, since you are a blogger/ digital marker, why not go into fairly used laptops sales & computers accessories or sales of fairly used electronics, if you have passion for it.

Farming is your best bet, you could plant coconut, oil palm, cashew, pawpaw, pineapple, avocado, kola, cocoa, castor, those crops do not really need maintenance. In 3 years time, you would be raking million. Their is a crop among them that if you have 10 acre of it, you will be making 4 to 7 million every 3 months.

1- expand that chemist and start selling other things there
2- food business ( make am joint with your wife)
3- real estate as your wife suggested

If you are really serious about holding and multiplying your money, the best option is real estate.

Don't mind that self righteous evil human being. He goes about discrediting people's ideas, opinions and image in the name of he's ridding the whole of scam artists. Whereas he's the one smearing people's image with his negativities.

This just my take.

Well if I am in your shoes.

I will divide the money an keep like 60% in my account for future or risk.

Give my wife a reasonable percentage to put in her business.

Then I will use a little capital to learn a skill or business be it physical or digital, but for me I will go for a high income digital skill because the internet is the new oil well and I will put in few months of learning or I will learn a profitable online business like Affiliate marketing promoting other people's product and get paid a commission for each sale.

But the good thing here is that through this affiliate marketing business I will become good at digital marketing and other high income skills like lead generation, sales closing, landing page creation, paid ads and so on which will help you build a personal brand online and you can also render this skills to people and get paid for it.

By 3 to 4 months you have already started generating income steadily from this business, then look into better Ways to grow your money while also running your online business.

This is my take and what I will do If I am to be in your shoes.

arrange better stage, buy the musics set and lights. rent big spaces and run christain live music shows and content. gatefee 2k, invite churches. and see what happens.

If I were you, I’d check out shortlet apartments / vacation rentals. People are cashing out steady from them because there’s always demand forwork trips, weddings, even weekend getaways.
