There are orphans, widows , falsely accused people seeking genuine justice at court.

As a judge, you wake up in the morning and prepare hard to adjudicate on the matters of those who actually need justice. Those who may die in prison. Those who need bail immediately because of health challenges.

Then the senior lawyers who call their cases before younger lawyers begin to mention cases on the cause list that have no meaning and are frivolous.

The indigent of society that really need justice cannot hire the services of senior lawyers who will call their cases first in court and consume more time. The senior lawyers on the other hand know that it is very dumb to even contemplate to bring such cases to court but because of the money and nuisance value of the case, they institute it in court.

If you have an idea of how many life/death cases that are not given attention because of these irrelevant political nuisance suits, you'd support the court to jail some of these troublemakers.

Obasanjo won more than 2/3 of 36 States. You have seen the interpretation of the law from the Supreme court. It is in our constitution. You don't argue the constitution. You abide by the constitution.

Only buffoons think 25% in FCT is sacrosanct in determining who becomes president. It is qssimple as abc but nitwits won't get it.
Ask yourself, what makes FCT more important than any other state in nigeria ? Nothing. While other states have 3 senators, FCT has only one which shows it is infererior to the rest.
The 25% in FCT only comes into play when a candidate scores 25% in 23 states falling short of the 24 but if he scores 25% in FCT, then it will be counted as a state for him to make up the required 24 states. Very simple but because in the land of Obidients, not all who parade certificates own the certificate. In a family of 5 boys, if anyone of them manages to graduate, 5he rest 4 will use the same certificate to secure jobs.
