This allegation no make sense to me, payment was made to secure the release of hostages, those paid to bandits and bokoharam in exchange for the kidnapping victims nko?

These are serious allegations. From his response to the allegations, it is established that some persons were held hostage and monies were paid to terrorists for there release. In all these, I don't think the ex CBN Governor is completely innocent.
