That's the function of the directors.

NNPC is a holding company because it has subsidiaries. I had no idea about its subsidiaries. That's the only thing that makes it a holding company according to 381 of CAMA 2020.

The Federal Government is the only shareholder in NNPC because of section 53 of the PIA. The shares of NNPC are transferrable but must be done in an open manner, the bidding process by prospective shareholders must be open and endorsed by the National Economic Council.

And all her regulations as stipulated by CAMA 2020. so I was just laughing yesterday when someone said the president doesn't have the power to remove mele Kyari. Is like saying a CEO can't sack the MD of his company. Tinubu can wake up tomorrow and dissolve the NNPC limited board and constitute another board.
