Unplanned Feul subsidy removal is like a worker quiting his job before.planning for how to keep up with family needs. E go suffer. We keep telling them the practicality of the unplanned removal of the Feul subsidy is devastating Subsidy is the only way the nation gives back to the citizens without saying take free money and the only provision for the removal of the subsidy is still the subsidy itself. Many Nigerians won't rise above the hardship it would create for up to 5-10 years The bigger enemy isn't subsidy , but lack of management and control of subsidy payments because of infalted invoices. This means the invoicing system, recording and 0ayment structure is the problem in itself not the subsidy. The baby should not be thrown away with the bath water. Rather the bath water o ky needs to be made clean The citizenry looses alot with the removal of subsidy payments because in this clime, salaries do not increase readily, meaning purchasing power becomes more and more difficult with this economic overhaul. Maintaining the subsidy is to the benefit of the average citizen. It's managing the invoicing system that's the problem. We can have metered and regulated suslbsidy payment in place with FG placing caps on subsidy payment and then hedging the excesses against Government backed bonds, so short term economic traction is cushioned by long-term macrofinances of the court ey. If invoicing and lack of accountability is the issue with feul subsidy, then why don't we grant licensing that pays subsidy payments based on metered importation allowance? When would Nigeria let thinking people lead ? When ! The same 2012 problem is repeating itself. Sensationalism. Assuming that the subsidy only implies people stealing,.forgetting or not even considering it's benefits. The average minimum wage of a worker can't mean anything in a post subsidized feul economy. Increase in food prices, Housing, transportation, lifestyle all at once without corresponding rise in salary payments is nothing short of a disaster. Be it Peter Obi, Tinubu, Atiku subsidy removal must be planned and strategized before actualized In the end, the bigger enemy is the Hausa Fulani hegemony who setup cabals in all state instructions to run them down so private ones are setup to mop up the national treasury. Nigerian refineries and Dangote is typical If Hausa and Fulani allowed our refineries worked like NLNG, we wouldn't be talking subsidy removal or Dangote The focus must be maintained. For Nigeria to work, Hausa Fulani hegemony has to die 78 Likes 8 Shares |

you removed subsidy without the necessary provision to ameliorate the hardship of the people to the extent that some state governors are reducing number of work and school days in a week but you boldly arrested emefiele for naira design that stopped looters from using their bullion vans to buy votes and sponsor terrorism leaving those who have been engaging in subsidy fraud. 70 Likes 4 Shares |

Under fair consideration, food prices shouldn't see more than 20% increase because the heavy lifting is done by diesel powered trucks. We all know diesel price didn't go up. Petrol use is mostly for short distances. 60 Likes 6 Shares |

Petrol subsidy is gone forever. Even if you bring the price of petrol to 10 naira, food prices will still increase before the end of this year. Petrol subsidy is a scam. It is a legalized scam 16 Likes 4 Shares |

When adequate plans were not put in place to cushion the effects.. things like this are expected.. Only a beast removes fuel subsidy on his inauguration... Flexing muscles only on the masses we live in a country where a senator gets more pay than his United States counterpart.. we still have Governors moving around with 40 SUVs Entourage.. A cursed country where former first lady requests for severance package and pension.. This country is bleeding Subsidy is gone people are suffering and dying of hunger So What's next?.. because it feels like it's just more money for politicians to enjoy and loot.. 10 Likes |

God should help us if not we are finished. Some of us are unable to feed even at this time, we are starving. God please let prices of food reduce. The thought of hunger freaks me out. Hunger is not a good thing at all. It makes one want to commit suicide 6 Likes 2 Shares |
