President tinubu met with apc senators earlier in the week and about 43 senators were present minus akpabio and barau.lawan was present but he hasn't hidden his opposition to akpabio so let's assume akpabio has a total of 44 apc senators votes out of 59.he needs at least 11 more votes from the remaining apc senators or the opposition comprising of sdp,lp,pdp,nnpp,ypp.his main opponents are yari/kalu and izunaso/musa...We shall now look at a possible 11 opposition senators he can convince to vote for him..

In CRS,senator jarigbe is pro wike and likely to vote akpabio.out of the two senators in akwa ibom,at least one should vota akpabio.all the three senators in rivers will go akpabio while the bayelsa senators will divide between yari and izunaso.same with the lone delta pdp candidate.
In anambra,ifeanyi ubah will vote akpabio while nwoye and umeh will go with izunaso.in imo,the three senators will divide between akpabio and izunaso while nwokocha and abaribe will go with izunaso or yari.same thing in Enugu.
In osun,with adeleke endorsing apc candidates,at least two senators should vote akpabio.in niger,the lone pdp candidate will go with yari.in nasarawa,the two sdp senators will follow izunaso because of musa but because of the sgf post,one might soft-pedal while the pdp senator who is prowike will go with akpabio.in plateau,the two pdp votes will be shared between yari and akpabio.moro in benue will go with yari.
In kebbi-,the pdp senators will divide between yari and izunaso.tambuwal will go with yari same as the only pdp senator in zamfara.one of the two nnpp senators will go akpabio while one in kaduna will go izunaso same as in jigawa.the two pdp senators in Bauchi are pro atiku and will go yari while dankwambo will likely vote akpabio.the two pdp senators in taraba are already with yari same as Elisha abbo and his two pdp colleagues.in ondo-,jimoh Ibrahim is gunning for yari...with izunaso contesting,the opposition votes will divide thereby giving akpabio an easy with.tlvote buying might be rife thereby giving akpabio advantage...
