Not at all!
Just to let you know the government can't do shit because they know they have wronged the people of that region so badly!
And Nigeria cannot afford another civil war because nobody, not even the middle belt, will fight for the North like they all did in 1967. And the North knows it can never beat the East in a fair fight NEVER.
So nobody really wants a civil war but if we all continue playing the orstrich, pretending like all is well in a country where Nepotism, Tribasm, Marginalization, Unfairness and Absolute Mediocrity is the order of the day. Then we are merely postponing the evil day for generations to come.
