This is a welcome development because it's easy for the government to get the fund back from individual through the commercial bank due to the fact that everyone is using one NIN number and also BVN number.

So if your school fees is 50k that’s what you will be given for the whole year. And if your course is 4 years 50*4=200k.

Whether you get job after school or not I believe you can pay this back easily.

We need ugly president with functioning brains like Tinubu. What is the benefit of big head of obi without brain? Ugly Tinubu is a first class product while handsome obi is a 3rd class product. In administration, give it to Tinubu, we are not here for "mark-my-word" in futility. You have 8yrs to wail, just keep changing moniker and weeping along. Most of your markets in Onitsha, enugu and many more may become empty for a while as many that can't afford school fees now have opportunity.

If I would suggest you give coppers the loan instead.
Why are you giving students loan to finish school and roam the streets.
Why not help graduates become employ or self employed first.

It may not be initial gara gara. Tinubu may be trying to win people over. This time around, is the youths. This may be due to the tribunal cases. My problem here is, the implementation. By the end of the day, students may be told, they do not meet the requirements or there is simply no funds. It is very hard to trust someone who bribed his way to presidency.

CBN gave out loans to farmers under anchor borrowing scheme despite documentations, groupings, guarantees from traditional rulers....how many percent paid back the loan?

Go and check the repayment percentage of Bank of Industry and other government funding interventions......I will be observing from Cambridge while I sip my tea.😂😂😂

Schools may begin to increase their school fees unnecessarily while more lecturers will increase their illegal levies. Serious monitoring law and purnishment should be introduced to curb those lecturers that may increase their extortion tactics

However, due to Nigerias high inflation rate, a 3% yearly interest rate after finishing youth service would be sound.
