As a Realtor who travels mostly across different Cities in Nigeria I must attest that the development in Enugu is on another Level. Though the main City has lacked a property maintenance but the Outskirts of the Town is developing very fast. At the Milken hill I looked down towards the New Market area and I can see many new buildings standing.

Someone who visited Enugu for the last time five years ago will be surprised at the rate Enugu is developing.

Confirmed....

Erection of new building is happening fast all over SE, Bushes at the outskirts are giving way to new buildings with speed of light

Oh Enugu is good, meanwhile my Port Harcourt is a full fledged slum. Just look at Port harcourt tufia

Port harcourt is an international disgrace that should be demolished. Slums and pollution is choking port harcourt

As an Anambrarian I always wish we had a city like Enugu in our state. Enugu people I enevy una.

Why envy? Enugu was Anambras former capital. In fact Anambra own a significant amount within Enugu.
