That being said, MrPADDY why did you allow this get to this point for a Transaction of 4k? somethings are not worth it!

There can be transfer delay even though Opay to Opay shouldnt experience such. I beleive there is a mixup somewhere.

A simple suggestion, kindly reach out to Opay with the screenshot or transaction ID he sent and get confirmation since he has put up screenshot of his chat with Opay.

This writer has done business with me since 2021, and there was never a time that he made payment without receiving the items. And all the items he bought were always given him with discounts because I regarded him as a regular buyer. It sounds funny that I would now want to defraud him of 4k.

For the benefit of the sane people in this forum, I have to reply you, otherwise, I would have let you keep chasing shadows. Possibly, if you actually made a genuine transfer, OPay would reverse it to your account. That is because, such transfer hasn't been received by me, as I write this.

Note that original transaction receipt from OPay comes with a 30-digits Session ID (Transaction ID) as seen in the screenshot below. If OPay insists that the transfer actually went through, tell them to give you the 30-digits Transaction ID, so I can reach out to them. Otherwise keep going around for name calling.

Since he claim he send you a record of the transaction history from his app, it would be nice if you can send him a recorded version from your end showing through the transaction history for the date to confirm that you truly have not received the value in your wallet.

You shouldn't block him for no reason since you still have a pending deal; if you blocked him as he claimed.

This set of persons plenty everywhere! There's one that said my payment is pending at his end yesterday after benefiting my service... His line is down he ain't replying my texts on WhatsApp too

Stop jumping to conclusion, there is no evidence that he was scammed.

If by your own admittance you have been doing business with this individual successfully in the past, I see no reason why he would suddenly decide to scam you now and wreck his reputation just because of ordinary 4K!

The fact that the money has been deducted from your account does not necessarily prove that the beneficiary has been credited, I'm talking from experience.

After all said and done the onus is on you to prove beyond reasonable doubt that he actually received the money.

It's in very bad taste for you to rush down here to open a thread and call him a scammer considering that you two previously had a good business relationship

I experienced same OPAY to OPaY tx and mine took a week for them to truly credit the reciever
