In his defence I think the guy was more specific by mentioning ICM Ikeja and Palms Mall Lekki. He also didn’t mention shoprite per se (which everybody knows is being run by Nigerians now )

Basically what the guy said was that rents are bing paid by occupants in ICM and Palm Mall Lekki in USD. I don’t know how true that is , only those paying the rent and those collecting it can actually confirm how true that is. The lady also didn’t confirm whether she has an information contrary to that.

I agree with the lady tho that whoever is paying rent in USD will surely be sourcing for the dollars in the black market and not at the official market rate from banks (Because even banks never see dollars give dem BTA/PTA people finish sef )

I'd like to urge intelligent and creative members here to replicate these laudable initiatives in their native languages such as Igbo, Ebira, Ijaw, and others. Science should be accessible to all in their mother tongue, not primarily in English language as we've currently.

When we've many of such platforms like Science in Yoruba on FB teaching Nigerians the basics of science in their native language and how to apply the scientific method in their everyday life, the country can develop faster and achieve more progress, especially in science and technology.

We need to stop creating more avenues for division as a specie and embrace factors that unite us more. I dream of a day where every human being on this planet can speak to and understand each other perfectly irrespective of what continent the person comes from. A single unipolar language. That will aid us see ourselves as one. Not more language barriers being set up.

but having 2 rsa pins with the same pension company is not possible, it's like having 2 matric numbers in the same school
If you were owed a pension and the company wants to pay it back--if you are nice to the company they can pay you what they owe but if you want to push harder you are entitled to collect interest or take the company to court and they are to pay the lump sum

Yes you receive notification like bank alert to track your pension fund, like the one I use crusader they also send montly statement

Nobody tracks anything. All the company gets is the evidence that they have remitted their employee's pension to the PFA . That is what they will use to process their own PENCOM certificate of compliance with PENCOM Act.

Even the prices of things have always been quoted using the parallel rate. Almost all market prices are determined with the parallel rate.
