Yes for some people, I am 28 now and don't desire sex much now too, it's just nothing to me now. I will even sit and regret moments i chased women because of sex those days. I think it's has to do with maturity and your mindset now.

Yes, I'm 31 and the last time I tried to have sex with my babe, I wasn't really moved that much, I had an errection but that was it, didn't feel much, it wasn't as intense as it used to be.

Ur libido reduces as u get older. As u are getting older with more responsibilities, u don't expect to still be having the same level of libido u experienced at ur younger years when u had less life responsibilities.

It is abnormal but it may not be a big deal or detrimental. The problem can be caused by any of the listed below.
1. Physiologically stress (think or pressure to make money, food and health)
2. Not eating enough or nutritional inefficiencies.
3. Health issue. ( medical conditions that reduce libido, hormonal imbalance or inefficient)
4. Life style. (Choice of food or drinks, alcohol, drugs masturbation e.t.c,)

Something is definitely wrong with you and the op. Take care of your health. Exercise likewise. Burn those fats turning you to something else at young age .No athletic young guy or agile unmarried young guy of your age should be relating to ops ordeal. You're unhealthy man. Aside life challenges and heavy depressed mind of youths who decided on there own to calm down on women matters which their libido always rises again when success starts coming, then I think you're unhealthy and it shouldn't be normal

Burn fats and be agile. You'll always be Hot . Much sugar kills libido. No young guy who goes to gym often would tell you he has low libido.

It’s not normal to have reduced libido at 30, it is however normal to be less interested in women if you are still trying to figure out yourself or struggling.

NB: have a reduced libido is different from being interested with sex.

I don't think it's normal, considering your age. Many factors can lead to a decrease in libido ranging from stress, lack of sleep, depression, diet etc.

Libidos or whatever you call it is a mind set, take your mind off sex and you won't know the existent of libidos, urge and kunji
