I’m all up for this . I know too many comfortable people who don’t pay tax . So it irks me anytime anybody mentions paying more tax when I know full well it’s those of us that are already paying that will be burdened with more tax while those not paying still won’t pay .

Chris is from Zangon Kataf Local Government Area in the Christian South of Kaduna State.

He was the Theatre Commander of ‘Operation Hadin Kai’ that led the onslaught against Boko Haram terrorists in the North.

Both can work together if the funds us available. We practically borrowed to fund our budget last year because subsidy and loan repayment has eaten up without revenue we got.

Meanwhile Iyabo Ojo has been having issues with LIRS since 2019 concerning her unpaid taxes, it didnt start this year.

Remember we had this argument last year when I said the govt should increase its tax net and you mistakenly thought I was saying the govt should increase tax when all I was saying was the govt should make sure that those who are taxable are paying the tax that is due to them.
