1. Inability to Meet Your Financial Expectations:
Sometimes, salaries fail to meet an individual's financial expectations or desired standard of living.

High living costs, mounting expenses, or unexpected financial burdens can make a salary seem inadequate, leading to disappointment.

2. No Payments Of Salary for Months:
You may feel disheartened when your salaries remain stagnant or unpaid, failing to keep up with inflation

You seems to have increasing responsibilities and unforgettable debt experience when there's no Payments.

3. Wage Stagnation:
Another reason for salary disappointment is the lack of significant salary growth over time.

4. Disparity with Market Rates:
When individuals discover that their salaries fall below industry standards or are significantly lower than what their counterparts in similar roles earn, it can be a source of disappointment and frustration.

There are people who are building an empire with their salary but do you know the truth?

The started somewhere.

Would you like to get started somewhere even if you can still keep your salary job?

This is the core reason why I hate my salary but I don't blame anyone. I just focus on my improving my competence in the hope of getting a better offer someday.

One of the biggest mistake in my life is starting with a small salary. Straight out of school after completing my ND, I got an offer through the help of my mum from one of the company she is associated with. I didn't really care much about the salary, I am just enthusiast about practising what I learnt in school.

I was very dedicated at my job and I am proud of what I do. I was given bigger responsibilities, assumed tougher roles, trained and mentored new staff, functioned as the team leader but never got promoted to be the boss. (It is a indian company, so if you know, you know). I even complete my HND part time few years ago but it is with so much struggle.

It has been long since I got uncomfortable with earning salary though, I have tried many things to gain financial freedom from home but I have been looking in the wrong place. I tried forex, sport betting, binary, etc but it has all failed me. I wasn't looking for an easy way thought, my job had disconnected with my some people that give me updates.

But I started to dislike my boss, my company, my profession, in fact, salaried jobs entirely when my peers who just finished BSc./HND with no experience got offers that is par with my 9 years of work experience and competence. Some of which I even mentored while they are in school and prepare them for the practical aspect of the job.

What even killed my morale completely is the offer I get from companies I make applications to. I get interviews easily, I am certain that I will be called up for an interview after sending out about 12 CVs for job applications but where I normally got stucked is the salary aspect.

I usually get offers for salary that is about the same with my current salary and that is annoying! It would have been a good salary if I am just starting out with little or no experience but considering my experience and responsibilities demanded from me, and what I'll be bringing to the table, I feel undervalued. (Although, I would have accepted the offer but my current place have the advantage of proximity. I spend so little on transport and I don't have to wake up early like most folks.)

And I like the company because they are working with one of the latest technologies in the industry. They always spend so much on introducing new and better processes and procedures and educating the staffs but so little on their welfare and salaries. They just love to hire cheap labours.

Still, It is annoying because I keep asking myself, Is this what I am worth? If this is what I am worth, I don't want to do this shit anymore. I just feel like just quitting one day, see what the street can offer me with some of my savings. Afterall, I have enough cash to foot my bills effortlessly for one year even if I am not doing anything.

Sometimes, I got demoralised and I stopped applying... while sometimes, I try again when my dumb indian superiors do some stupid things. But I know the day I'd truly be happy is to do my thing. I just hope that it won't be a wishful thinking forever.

It's crazy how employers are so cunning towards the growth of their employees

Imagine doing 9-5pm everyday for over 25days in a month... including transportation, feeding and other life expenses and at the end of the month you're either paid 30k-35k[that's even if you have a degree like say ND]

Or you're not being paid

What do you think could happen if you're not being paid salary?

Debt debt debt all the way.

it's not easy for them. The most annoying part is that as cost of living is increasingly high and unbearable, their salary are not being increased to meet up with the high cost of living in the society/coupled with the new governance.

Let's help share this information to them as there are millions of opportunities online to make cool money remotely. Thanks man.

I'm sorry you feel that way. But there are other ways you can earn passively using your phone and Internet connections

I'm sure you'd like to earn at least 200k-500k extra income monthly right?

I don't think there's any point trying to make salary and 9-5 workers feel discouraged about their current jobs

We should encourage and help them see the possibilities available online

I mean you can earn no less than 200k-500k monthly if you have a high income skill and the most interesting part is that you only need your phone and Internet connection to get started

That's the reason we should encourage salary earners to get a high income skills that pays them.in dollars on the long run.

Not really long but could take some of them 3-4 months to start earning reasonable amount of money online at least $500-$1000 is not bad for beginners

I have been doing this salary work for the past 10 years now that I have graduated. The salary is not encouraging, initially I started small so that I could gain more experience.

Now, I have the experience but no capitol to establish myself. I prefer to have business of my own from the experience I have gathered so far working with one man business and registered companies.

I have lost interest in salary work, I am just doing it because I don't have a choice.
If I have up to N300,000 I will start my business immediately.
