Get BAFAM, or Hydrocortisone cream from the counter, get also Burn (non poison ointment) and there .

Go for lab test to identify the causative ornagism, be it bacteria, fungus or something, so that the proper medication can be administered.

It's toilet infection, I used to have it during my university days because I stayed in the hostel. Just buy damatol, apply after bath, it will clear after a week or two.

I got this shit last month, notice it when I shave and shit was itching as F... I had these Fungi creams I was using for Athlete's foot, I just applied twice and the shit disappeared. (I bought it N500)

Sorry I can't remember the name and don't even remember where I kept it, Just get any ant-fungi cream from pharmacy, it'll do the work.

My was caused by heat because I wear nothing less than 3 under wears... Trunk, boxer and short before trouser
