Bro if you love yourself, don't go for any medicine at the pharmacy, I battled with this stuff for my 5years and kept treating it with over the counter medicine.

go to a pharmacy for immediate help. the best lotion I have seen is Benzyl benzoate applied after hot water bath when you want to sleep at night.
