I submitted my passport to VFS through UPS Courier,to Abuja, i paid transmission fees and 2-way courier fees to UPS.
But i just got this mail fron VFS now that passport is ready for collection, and they are also quoting other things as seen in the screen shot.
Please guys i do not understand what they mean. Kindly help me for more explanation because it seems they are asking for payment.

I paid about 19k to UPS earlier when sending the package and i thought is for 2-way delivery.
The package inlude my passport and that of my 3 kids. Am i suppose to pay differently for each passport now, or just for the full package.
and how much could that be and how do i send the payment proof to them.
Ijust confuse!!!
BUT I PAID THE PACKAGE TRANSMISSION EARLIER

Yes it is. I used it to pay for a cousin of mine without worries. Just register and do due diligence.

Which will you advise and which is faster, Sending to VFS LAGOS or VFS ABUJA?

In sending it to Abuja, Please what are the procedures? assuming it is a minor that didn't do biometrics.

From the 26th June when Sean annoyed about the family reunification, TRV applications will now have a processing time of 30 days moving forward if you have your spouse sponsorship application in process.

I logged into his account and discovered that the GC key has been revoked (my last login was over a year ago coz I felt we won’t get the visa coz we applied since 2020)
I created a new account and tried to link it with the old account but it wasn’t successful.

Now (two days ago) my son and I got emails saying we should send our passports. But my husband didn’t get this mail (I feel it’s because he hasn’t responded to the message they sent to his account which we don’t have access to)

I am thinking of sending a mail to the Canadian embassy (or the appropriate office) about this.
Pls can someone help with d appropriate email address for this 🙏🏽

Also, if there is a better way to go about this whole issue, pls help out 🙏🏽

If your trip is not urgent why can’t you submit it in Lagos? And for minor in Lagos won’t pay any dim. But if you send it to Abuja both of you will pay.

Different btw Abuja and Lagos now is not up to a week sha

I think VFS will contact you when your passport is ready in Abuja and you will need to pay for VFS courier service per applicant.

Wait till you get the message from them they will advise you on what to do.

Now somebody said my 3 years old children are suppose to pay for transmission fee of N9,930 each. Is this true, if it is true how do I go about the payment because the passports have been submitted already.

We can even just attach the old passport to the back of the new one.

My wife submitted her passport for a visa at VFS.

In-person submission at VFS Lagos on Saturday, June 17.

Received passport “ready for collection” email on Tuesday, June 20.

She picked it up today Thursday, June 22.

With this experience, I think the turnaround time is fast in Lagos too, compared to what people are saying.

I wish those waiting for visa decisions more success stories.

Do 3 years old kids pay Transmission fee if they submit passports to VFS in Lagos along with their parents passports?

Have you attempted to restore your husband revoked GC Key using the forgetting username option.

I did a quick check on google and it brought out this possible option.

I submitted via dhl since June 14th nd it was delivered June 15th nd I haven’t heard anything from them ever since then. I even mail them, Dey said I should wait for their notification… I’m worried sef
