As for me I wasn’t expecting anything different from Buhari & Tinubu

The joke is on people who believes a man that singlehanded paid INEC chairman $370 million dollars will work for the masses and won’t recover his money spent

Imagine how much Tinubu spent in total from campaign to electorates to vote buying in dollar bills to INEC officials to party agents to thugs he asked to snatch to his political Machineries in all wards to judiciary etc

And after all these you expect him not to suffocate Nigerians he knew majority didn’t vote for him
We thought Emefiele and Buhari made sure that he couldn't spend money to buy votes or bribe anyone grin grin grin
Now, you're telling us another story after you all celebrated cashless policy and politicians unable to buy votes. Swerve, loser!

Please TUC and NLC should shut up. There have never fought for the common man. After their leadership have been compromised and given fat sums in foreign currency they shut up. ie Osho baba. They are all there for their pockets, that is why you see them fighting tooth and nail to win congress elections. They have a common formula, They talk though and some times arranged to be arrested (to make the plot look real), after that, they come out with a watered down agreement that can not hold water, so sad. We have seen this pattern in the last 30 years. Nigeria has never seen real progress in any area except for personal efforts. The Nigerian people will have to take the bull by the horns and stop listening to all these bulls*t Labour people. Nigerians Na una know oooooo.

They are toothless bulldog. I see masses erupting the street soon and shut down everywhere. Haba! D hardship is too much.. kilode

Before nko? You expect officials to cut their expenses because of you?

Officials will be stoned by the suffering masses in other countries.
If a Northern official is stoned in Nigeria, northerners will say it's an Igbo or Yoruba who stoned. If it's an Igbo official stoned, Igbos will cry foul. If it's a Yoruba stoned, Yoruba will threaten to drive non Yorubas out of Lagos.

Yes, their increasing the salaries shows great insensitivity, since we don't have enough money right now.

I don't support APC, and I feel angry about the salary increase like you do too. It was wrong and uncalled for.

Is well, if you talk too much, you become a Wailer ....
TINIBU can't see this kind of a thing to withdraw ....

What he did and claimed in Lagos State Treasury will surely be repeated ...lols

If we kept the subsidy, by the time subsidy costs grow greater than our earned revenue, there would be no money left over for anything...legal or illegal.

The honest truth is that we don't even have enough money for nothing right now.

Below...how subsidy affects our revenue. The times subsidy money fell was when fuel prices were raised, reducing subsidy costs.

So what exactly is he referring to

This subsidy removal of a thing should be a closed chapter by now.

If we don't remove it today, petrol will still be sold at 500 or above in the nearest future.

The last time it was removed, how much was it being sold How much was it months ago before subsidy was finally removed

We should not allow the present NLC leaders to make money with our collective destiny like Oshiomole did when he was NLC's leader

You're not thinking straight! The subsidy is removed for the benefit of the Rich! These politicians will continue to divert the money! They're just trying to brainwash you

It's baffling to see poor people celebrating the removal of subsidy just because they want to support their brother in power.
They are removing the subsidy the poor is benefitting from just to fund their flamboyant lifestyle.
That was how northerners defended Buhari even when he was inflicting sever pain on Nigerians while living a good life and looking younger everyday. Now our SW brothers are doing same. Seems Nigerians enjoy pain provided the pain is coming from their tribesman

On the other hand subsidy Costs rise every year because of the rising cost of production of petrol

Which government cannot do anything about.

They can stop smuggling , stealing and sabotage, but so long as cost of production rises, so do subsidy costs.

The TUC chairman makes a good point, but he does not explain how government is supposed to support manufacturers.

Let the government call the manufacturers to a round table and hear their pain, it's that easy.
