18,000 replicated errors can never be non deliberate.Physical copies may have been tampered with, more than 24hrs when they should have been scanned with the BVAS machine.

How do you confirm physical copies with certified, blurred copies?

If results were transmitted from polling units on election day,as required by the electoral act,the INEC officials would have retaken the blurred images.

Also,it seems you are not familiar with the provisions of electoral act.

No one is more familiar with the electoral law than mour.you cannot assume physical copies were tampered without concrete proof except you don't know the meaning of blurred.there is a very big chance that a lot of the bvas cameras have issues or the adhoc were not diligent.we have seen several cases where pictures of adhoc staffs and even their person stuffs were uploaded.agsin, you have heard of widespread bvas malfunction.therefore,it is a big possibility.to be very sure you simply cross check.if your waec photocopy is blurred, won't you cross-check with your original? Will you draw conclusions?

Going by your logic, and assuming there are no physical copies signed by all/majority the parties (WHICH THERE IS) that the court will defer to.... LP still has to prove that those results are Thiers! APC and PDP and even APM can claim the results

That is where substantial non compliance comes in.

I wonder why people are ignoring section 64(4) of the electoral act.

The failure to transmit results FROM the polling units in all over 700,000 polling units, contrary to provisions of 64(4),is enough evidence for substantial non compliance with the electoral total act.

Cancellation of the election, is more likely than than declaring Obi the winner.

Q. You have an Act, the NITDA Act of 2007

A. Yes sir

Q. Have you read it?

A. Yes sir

Q. Is there any certification in the act described as 'ISO27001 2:2013'

A. The Act does not contain cyber security standard

Q. there's nothing in your Act that provides for communication between NITDA and INEC

A. Our Act doesn't mention that.

[ That's that for the cross examination of the witness by the 2nd & 3rd Respondent .
The 4th Respondent is about to cross examine the witness
]
The bolded will be used to rubbish whatever the LP cybersecurity expert brought forward because he misinformed the court that this ISO standard is in the NITDA Act but here is a NITDA IT staff on subpoena saying there's nothing like that in the NITDA Act.

He need to prove that he came second before even proving that he won.
So far, Peter Obi's people have submitted enough evidence to prove that
1. Shettima had another nomination before he was declared Tinubu's running mate
2. Tinubu didn't get 25% of Abuja votes, which is a constitutional requirement
3. Cast doubt on how INEC arrived at the decision that Tinubu won, especially as there were thousands of blurred results, and huge discrepancies in certain states.

The only point Peter Obi now has to prove is that he actually won that election. Even though I know he has submitted EC8A forms for the election, the prosecution still needs to collate the exact results in those forms, as the court may not have time to go through that mountain of evidence.

All I can say at the moment is that Peter Obi has proven enough points for the judges to cancel that election and call for a re-run. He needs to do a bit more for the courts to have enough evidence to declare him the winner.

Let us wait for the defence, and what points they have
Who can please help me direct this guy to where he will get brain therapy? Did I ask question before in my message you quoted that you expect me to ask you more questions? If I want to ask question, I will not ask someone like you with brain problem because I am not ready to waste my time. Simple logic you failed to apply that would have helped you determine that I did not ask question in my message you quoted talkless of asking you more as you requested. You need that "crash IT" than anybody else because your way of thinking is an inch higher than that of pig. Picking 12 sample spaces with labour party deceiver he claimed to have their consent out of 176,846 is just too small. He and those LP he used as consent with this should have known better
Lol

What does consent mean? Lets start grom there ?

My only problem with the witness is that he didn't specify who he took consent from " Inec,LP , ApC or even you Mr...

And i didn't say you asked questions. I actually wanted you to ask. On quote " What else is your question? Ask me i will answer "

But you don't have any so i will be asking the questions

Elections are rigged by governors in the states. This is the so-called structure. That was the case in Imo, Rivers, Benue, Kogi, all SW and NW states. The overwhelming SE and SS and middle belt votes made it impossible to bend Lagos to APC. They shaved the numbers nonetheless.

Abuja!. Way too many Okoro's and progressive Nigerians in that location, and there is no governor to provide the criminal rigging structure. That's why you must win Abuja to become Nigeria's president, and Tinubu failed that primary test.
So going by your assertion, Ortom also rigged for Tinubu right, for him to win Benue? Same Ortom that publicly aligned himself with Peter Obi.

Guy,you are intelligent and objective.i don't care who you support but you created a new vista, another perspective.
You have to prove massive or widespread irregularities to warrant cancellations and you must further show how it affected the margin of lead since the electoral act demands substantial noncompliance not in pockets.
Lp made a mistake.the import of different result copies is for crosschecking and confirmation or comparison.it is a checking mechanism to determine the true figure.yiu cannot determine based on one copy alone.see uzodinma vs ihedioha supra.see ajasin vs omoboriowo, onoh vs nwobodo, uduma vs arunsi..
The friendly nitda deftly or subtly absolved inec by saying no law mandates or binds them with inec.if actually he was officially sent by the dg,he would have brought an official permit.the DG with his job on the line cannot say he granted the staff leave

Onoh Vs Nwobodo 👍👍👍😂
Very intriguing precedent.
This is truly an experienced silk.

But I dare say you must be a crafty genius sha. May we cross paths one day in court so I will teach you some lessons.

It seems you do not even understand the meaning of certified true copy.

When you certify blurred document as a true copy of the original, what does that imply?

That the original too is blurred!!!

This is big indictment on the part of INEC.

Did anyone notice the respondents lawyers tried to use the testimony of the guy from NITDA to punch holes in the LP's Cybersecurity expert? Per ISO 27001/2 being in the NITDA Act, and the need to communicate with INEC. I don't know what they would make of those though.
LP cyber security expert has already been bursted by Fagbemi regarding NTIDA ACT ISO27001 2:2013. What he affirmed is different from what NTIDA lawyer confirmed.

Your ignorance is probably deliberate or you truly do not understand the legal implication of a CTC which is as valid as the original.

Once you've certified a copy of a document as a replica of the original, what else?
The court is no longer interested in the original because the CTC.is tenable in court, for God's sake!!!

Apc need not prove anything but inorder to bury obi, they will simply call presiding officers and collation officers that will attest to upload.
Secondly, they will provide hardcopies of 18000 unit results and also show that obi didn't have agents in most of them.
They will show that inec can have a glitch locally.
They will show that tinubu won in all result copies.
The nitda dg will reject the staff that came.aws will be called to reject their so called staff
