The constitution is clear on matters of dual citizenship. Such persons cannot vie for such high political offices. It is a ground for disqualification. It cannot survive the rigours of the courts.

Unfortunately our constitution seems not to disqualify people with dual citizenship, where the person is a Nigerian by birth. As a matter of fact, it was because of that lacuna that Hamzat was emboldened to make that disclosure of dual citizenship prior to the election.

You are IGNORANT!!! No such thing exists. Bukola Saraki and many other politicians, including Chimaroke Nnamani, Chris Ngige, with dual citizenship, once declared, won such cases in court.

The obviously ignorant witness even showed her crass naivety when cross-examined by Hamzat's counsel.

This is dead on arrival. It's a senseless case.
