I watch with absolute dismay the way obidients celebrate admittance of evidence by the court as if they were actual ground for conviction. Evidences admitted and not logically proven is as useless as the last 't' in the word 'duvet'.

Tinubu is not even aware of any court case as the man faces governance with firm grip. Election rustlers are there in court entertaining us with different episodes of badly prepared drama.

The most ignorant set of people on earth today are the obidiotssssss. They're empty upstairs on issues of law and constitution.

I enjoyed the ignorance of the obi.dients, because it shows how emotional, irrational and illogical they could be. They assume court case is 1 + 1 grin

They will be forced to know the reason why no i.pob lawyers have ever been as outstanding as the following:

1. Gani Faweyinmi
2. Afe Babalola
3. Femi Falana
4. Lateef Fagbemi
5. Wole Olanipekun
6. Mike Ozekhome (Edo state)
7. Festus Keyamo (Delta State)
8. Kemi Pinhero
9. Babatunde Ogala
10 and many more from the north and south grin

I.pob lawyers are charge and bail, sentimental, sit-at-home lawyers and UGM apologists, (the first time we are hearing them is in this tribunal, even the i.pob know grin).

The only cases they have engaged in are those involving Alaba market versus Onitsha market grin Or the one involving a baby factory in Enugu versus the other in Anambra grin

And I am happy they are being schooled appropriately grin

Nobody gets an I.pob lawyer and win a case, even lamba himself knows this tongue

They were dumping materials on the judges without linking them to the issues before the court. These lawyers are criminals sha. They scammed obi and Atiku. They've collected their share. Even the Abuja 25perc matter was abandoned. Everything was just social media noise in the end.

The kinds of asinine stupidity going on in this court is definitely worse than BBNaija.
Just imagine the kinds of rubbish trash that are been called experts and evidences. Instead of these fools along with that lying SOB religious fanatical IPOB terrorist, to provide evidence that they were rigged out, they are just busy chasing shadows in the dark. Nothing but pure comedy of absurdity.

Atiku and Peter Obi have both closed their respective cases without proving how they won the election. So, the idea of the court declaring any of them the winner of the election is out of the equation.

The second part of their plea is to get Tinubu disqualified on three grounds. Shettima’s so called double nomination that has now been thrashed by the Supreme Court. 25% of FCT that the two parties seems to have abandoned as they didn’t push this argument seriously. Even if they’ve pushed it, section 299 already made it clear FCT should be treated like a state so it won’t even matter.

The third argument is to get him disqualified by a combination of certificate forgery, dual citizenship and drug conviction.

The certificate forgery is of two nature. Chicago state university and NYSC. As regards Chicago state university, the University already issued a public statement that Bola Tinubu graduated from the University. That alone is enough to settle the matter. All the gymnastic about the color or font of certificate is nonsense.

On NYSC, I would have expected Atiku’s legal team to subpoena NYSC to prove the authenticity of the certificate submitted by Tinubu but they failed to do that. So, how did they arrive at the conclusion that the certificate was forged? NYSC is the only authority that can confirm the authenticity or otherwise of an NYSC certificate.

On the drug conviction issue, it is as empty as the lawyer PDP brought to as witness to prove the case. The witness simply helped PDP to ruin a case that was faulty right from the start. There was no criminal conviction or indictment in the forfeiture. The communication from the US government to the IGP already cleared him of all allegation.

Overall, Atiku and Peter Obi simply wasted everyone’s time. They had no case of rigging so they had to throw in a lot of allegations hoping one will stick. Sadly, they proved none. The two cases will be dismissed with heavy cost to the petitioners.
Brilliantly stated.

The rigging narrative that black attired undertaker wanted to push would only boomerang and expose the high level of rigging himself and his party perpetrated. He deliberately abandoned that argument.

This is another disgraceful statement from a defiant man called Atiku. Then go to US and fight the judg na, what a stupid talk?

I see all these rubbish talks as an act of jealousy due to Tinubu performance they never expected it.

So its Atiku now to tell US the right way to pass Judgement?

Atiku don't let me vex for you as my party presidential candidate ok? I know what is paining you more is the subsidy removal because it has affected your crook associates badly. We pdp family warned you not to contest but you remained defiant sorry we are not supporting your foolish court case ok.

And by the way you remember how we fought tooth and nail for you to be allow to enter US if you don't be careful such waiver will be revoke and the ban will be sustain.

Obi go hired gorilla, chimpanzees, monkeys, goats as his witness and Atiku went to hired Hiter, Lucifr, Star trek as his own witness, what arrant nonsense

What is the essence of assembling SANs without senses?

As an "unlearned" person, all I needed to prove in court for both Atiku and Obi, is that the electoral process did not comply substantially with the electoral law as required in section 64(4) which states without ant ambiguity, that election results SHALL be transmitted DIRECTLY from polling units before any collation can be valid..They ignored that section only focusing on section 60.

All the witnesses examination and cross examination would be focused on section 64(4).

If the results of all the over 700,000 polling units were not transmitted directly from the polling units before collation,is that not substantial non compliance??

It is now clear that ab initio, there was a premeditated and grand conspiracy to rig the Presidential election alone. The NASS election results were transmitted directly from the polling units,in compliance with section 64(4).

INEC defense for non compliance for the Presidential election has so far been very contradictory and indicting. First they pleaded glitches ,then later, their lawyers came with a publication suggesting that INEC was no longer going to upload results to IREV.

So why upload only NASS results ?

I would have won this case by pleading just for cancellation of the presidential election, with only N25 million legal fees, only me as the lawyer.

What will be your final verdict?

Kindly add substantial reason and reference possibly.
