Just saw your message and got interested in it because I have been treating ulcer too for some years now and I have taken so many drugs even the types that cost almost 100,000 per pack and they didn't work.

The problem is most approach used to treat ulcer is usually from medication and from what I know now it might be beyond that, I've stopped all the expensive drugs and focused only on mentronidazole, I'm not saying you should do the same thing because I'm still under observation by myself and I'm applying some other approach for now.

Metronidazole is an antibiotic drugs, have you tried Ulsakit or Peptikit?

Chewing steady bitter cola will do the magic for then thank me later.

Apart from the following.....

1. Eating plenty fruits like Orange, pawpaw, Water melon, Cucumber, Date palm, Mango, Garden Egg, Sweet melon

2. Rise mouth after Every meal as well as Brushing mouth before going to Bed. (Ofcourse morning brushing is a sure Banker though)

Pls what's the best way to cure peptic ulcer. All our hospital are just complicating themselves with different drugs. Have took so many drugs, will reduce, but will still come back.

Sometimes the odour is not always coming from the mouth have you check his nose

It took a long time to discover my younger brother was having nosery infection and the smell was terrible from the mouth

Make use of cloves you can chew one in the mornings, afternoon and evenings

Also do more on Cucumber

Firstly, You should seek more medical help and if his own is not due to an infection, he should always brush his tongue while brushing because this is the area a lot of ppl often neglect when brushing and it’s one of the major causes of bad breath after gum infection (gingivitis)

I didn't read all the comments but most of what i read can't solve anything. I've been researching myself for the pray 10year+ ,and i stumbled on something im trying. If it works ill definitely come back to post. I don't want to raise ur hopes yet

Go to the hospital meet a dentist and request for a mouth wash they'll use chemicals to wash the mouth.
I used to have Halitosis (bad breath) but after I had the mouth wash it stopped completely.

I hope this helps.

There's no such thing as permanent fresh breath. In other words , no such thing as cure for permanent bad breath. Everyone must brush or clean teeth daily until the day they die. My advice - beyond the usual ones you've probably received such as visiting the dentist, brushing regularly and daily, tooth brush types, tooth paste type, mouth wash types , diet and so on - would be to inform you that Stress causes bad breath regardless of your mouth hygiene. Something else that causes bad breath in spite of your good mouth hygiene is Fasting. Botched Abortion too.

Apart from it all just use diluted hydrogen peroxide. Diluted hydrogen peroxide freshens your breath full stop, guaranteed!

If you place your hand in front of your mouth and breath, you're supposed to perceive your breath.
