Tell your brother to stop eating garri, any acidic or sugary food. I am sure he is suffering from either

1. Gastroesophageal reflux disease which cause breath to smell when the stomach acid mixes with food and possibly bacteria

2. Bowel obstruction. A person with a bowel experience abdominal pain and fast heart beat.

A bowel obstruction occurs when the small or large intestine is blocked and can no longer move digested food through the body.

When an intestine is blocked, stool backs up, which can lead to breath that smells like poop.

Exactly.....This is the one time solution for it, but it is expensive.

Brushing with some lime too will help but he may need to detox.... And, maybe also deworm.

Longrich works wonders to help tone back skin color after burns.

Drink a lot of water everyday.
At least 6litres and take antibiotics.
Watch your mouth before going to bed.
Avoid beans ,food with onions ,garlic etc
Avoid night foods it causes bad breath
Stop eating by 6pm.
And pray about it.

The only proven cure since the time of our fore fathers is walnut eat it in the morning without brushing and brush later and also make it the last thing u eat at night. U should see improvement within days

Talking from experience:

1. Go and see ENT (ear, nose and throat) specialist doctor. If it is due to infection, they will tell you what medicine to take and the odour will go.

2. Look for Norland toothpaste. It costs around N2000. It's very good.

This is chronic sinusitis. Please stop wasting your time and go see ENT surgeon in a teaching hospital or FMC. ENT o, not just any doctor.
