They should learn how not to allow useless leaders enter power and ruin their lives! If i check your post and for once you support any known bad leader, based on tribe or religion or sheer ignorance, no kpali for you.

While we are trying to make sure a competent leader whose mandate was stolen, gets into the saddle, you still see people supporting these crooks because they attend the same church, the same mosque, or off the same tribe etc.....

Las las, even the INEC Chairman and all those who think they are immune from consequences will be touched too.... Timaya 10M NGN don finish for fuel matter.....he eye don clear.... NGN is heading to 1k exchange to 1USD.

Never legitimatize bad leaders..... After destroying Nigeria, sey Buhari don port to Niger Republic??

If you are living abroad and have some families here in Nigeria, pls don't hesitate to reach out to your brothers, sisters, uncles and aunties here in Nigeria.

The situation on ground is so bad that u see people groaning and talking to themselves, well kitted men and women turned cunny beggars just to meet up with daily activities.

Most families that I know have dump their cars especially here in Abuja. When u move around the city,u will see the situation on ground.

The subsidy removal has affected everything including the way of life of many people here in Nigeria. In my office today, many guys now come to office few times in a week just to cushion the effects of the subsidy removal.

Now that the electricity tariff is about to go up...I wonder how people would cope going forward.

And for those who feel everything is normal, just wait it will soon go round,no one would be spared.

Nigeria are hardest working abroad, not in Nigeria. I didn’t know I can survive 16 hours shift at a stretch, go home, sleep for 5 hours and work another 16 hours. In Nigeria I can’t do that because we are waiting for our fvkin government to pay us salaries. The 8hrs shift for a government worker is cruise in Nigeria, come in when you want and leave when you want.

It's a terrible situation truth be told. And it's gonna get worse sadly, because when you fail to plan, you plan to fail. I really pity the salary earners, subsidy removal has affected everything but salary is still the same.

you say for those abroad, i hope you realise they are doing this worldwide, to all the people everywhere.
That is Bill Gates new job, just like his father William gates , thier job is population control.

And one of their method of population control is price inflation of what people need to survive.

There are videos of homeless people all over USA, in various parts of western world you see queues of people waiting for free food.

Just dont try getting married to have kids if you cant afford it, cause they dont want anybody who is not billionaire trying this anymore.

What do you think the whole corona jab the whole world was about.

They dont need people anymore, and they want to get rid of people. By any means. Just make sure nothing connects you financially to party people at a time like this.

And in Africa , they going all out, including using civil servant terrorists for mass genocide.

People need to cut thier living standard like you would in time of war, cause the party ended atleast in Nigeria since 2015. Cause that when they really turned up the heat , and its only gotten hotter ever since.

The people abroad are facing same issues, atleast with delibrate price inflation of essential goods and serivces.

Go online and research Agenda 2030, they want to cut world population down by 90% by 2030.

Leave those who are still doing party alone, they will findout soon enough
Your submission is too worrisome to be overlooked. Another angle to the whole story.

It will do you more good to read properly before jumping gun. When I say "critical of him referring Nigeria as a zoo " doesn't mean I criticize him and it doesn't mean I am doing so to please anyone. Mr Man rein in your emotions, you are too emotional to make sane discussion.

If what you have described above is suffering then you can never cope in Lagos from 1985 to 1998 niyen.

You are indeed the privileged generation who can buy phones, data and still come on Nairaland to while away time and even insult, cyberbully anyone who types a contrary opinion when you should be on a site carrying ponpon and embracing real VIRTUE of hardwork!

In your generation, someone who is suffering is someone who will rather beg for food and trek rather than give off social media. Nonsense and ingredient! You guys will be alright o las las because the era of lazy youth is gone! Asiwaju will not even call you lazy, he will force you to think , work and create solution to real social problems in exchange for money.
I understand you’re trying to defend BAT, but sometimes, silence would’ve been a better approach than sounding stupid.

The opposition was divided, and at the end we lost because of that.

Lord knows that if atiku had calmed down and rested and Obi had been PDP candidate and kwakwaso had also calmed down, tinubu would be the one that is retired now.
you're right. However, Tinubu was hellbent on being president. His ambition made him buy off INEC, APC bigwigs and other mercenaries.
Thus, the outcome of the election wld have remained the same.

The masses have been suffering. It only got worse with poor decision-making by an illegitimate president who lacks the goodwill of the people.

Okay even with the zoo remark why still wait so late?

Didnt python swallow 36 million naira one time, or monkey stole money the other time... And in both instances, none of the animals was arrested...

Or when rat infestation in aso villa locked a whole presido outside and they had to budget humongous amounts for it.

____ And if all that's not enough____

Fulani herdsmen invading and killing indigenes with very few arrests in the past decade.

Army killing youth that are trying to protest

SARS and police trafficking and even killing youth and selling their organs in black market.

Or president disobeying court order... Deborah killed and no justice, Sharia law in one corner of d country, a '99 military decree disguised as a democratic constitution, a constitution where Islam is mentioned 27 times while no other religion is mentioned in a multi-religious country...

I could go on and on...

I mean, with all these, in combination with the indigenes having little to no right in their country, i thought it was quite easy to conclude Nigeria is one giant zoo...until you have conversations with the so-called mentally defeated nigerians that don't know they are slaves on their own land.

Nigeria is more than a zoo. It's a zoo with no compartments.

Dang...a lot of people are suffering.

But the harsh truth is, at the end of the day, if the subsidy had not gone, if the government had kept subsides on petrol and power, well...

We would have been 'enjoying' and things would have been okay...until at the end of the day, in three years time, when the cost of subsidy is higher than our revenue, and we are borrowing money to make up the balance of subsidy payments, and borrowing for everything else...till IMF comes in and tells us that we can't pay for your addiction no more.

Then things would get really hard.

The way I see it, and I am not an APC fan, it is simple...we start taking hard decsions now, or we are forced to take harder decisions three years later, when IMF stops giving us loans.

One thing Nigerians need to wake up to is that the problem is not from who is in charge...although APC is a mess, it is the policy that those in charge , especially APC practice. We too dey rely on oil revenue...which cannot feed half our nation, talkless of one tenth. Meanwhile, looters and corrupt people come in and steal that tiny money

It is either we become more fiscally responsible, or we take more and more loans until we join Sri lanka and even Argentina at the bottom of the lake. And if you think you are suffering now...

God knows that if we removed subsidy in 2012, we won't be here by now.
Everybody is in support of the subsidy removal.
But the issue is, what is the government putting in place to cushion the effect.

You cannot take a decision that will kill everyone you’re trying to save.

Look, if this government was serious, we will know. If PMS is going to sell for 540/litre, a minimum wage of less than 30k cannot sustain it. Why not start from there.
I don’t know, but trying to defend APC and Tinubu always make one sound stupid.

Atiku and Obi were both saying subsidy should go too....

Elections have consequences, but on the subsidy matter, we had reached point zero. It did not matter who we elected (and no, I still wish we voted APC out, completely)...the subsidy was becoming unsustainable. We were paying a large chunk of our revenue with borrowed money on top for the thing.
Nigerians were to choose between a leader and a ruler but unfortunately, some people made it possible for a ruler to come into power.
Evidently, Peter Obi is very empathetic and that is a key quality of leadership.
Yes he would have removed subsidy too but the difference is in the how he would have gone about it.
I bet you it wouldn't have been difficult for nigerians as it is now if it were obi implementing the subsidy removal
