Thanks for the enlightenment sir. My plan is this,. I have done the lintel and so I want to add one coach/block to the foundation level so as to increase the height of the floor level. This also means that I will be adding another one coach/block again at the lintel level.
I don't want a situation whereby I will be dealing with floor during raining season

Okay !
Yes once you increase the foundation height it also affects the lintel you can leave window lintel but you most redo doors lintels to maintain door height.
