I was told we’ll pay 250k(recently increased from 150k) to connect to the national grid.
Now, Mr Chairman has decided to flex his muscles by telling us that we will have to pay 750k because we have 3 buildings on the property. And these folks do anything they want as far as connecting to their community grid is concerned. They disconnect people when they so wish.

Discos can't do anything because the electricity was installed with communal effort and there's also gross irresponsibility on their part as well. They don't replace transformers or shoulder any maintenance responsibility except it's on the transmission lines to their substation or that affects a large portion of their distribution network and I believe you know this already. That said, there's no justification for asking you to pay 750k for connecting 3buildings on the same land area. 250k should suffice and I think you can challenge him with the estate constitution if nothing of such is written therein

yes its 3 coaches of block, I might just add railings with glas 1 feet above, not full cover, the rear already has full cover like the down flats

As a rule of thumb, make your DPS I foot higher than exiting road I meant Road with Tamarc.

This is where the Prepaid Metre campaign should go a long way, at my area, we do not bother calling them when the transformer goes of they all switch to Gen, the Disco on their own come and fix it cos they lose revenue after 3 days. The so-called Prepaid credit sellers are the ones disturbing the Discos on our behalf

This disco whatever don't want to shoulder anything, the breaker of my prepaid meter got burnt few weeks ago, I visited their office back and forth for good 4 days with no reasonable outcome, I had to sort it out from another source. Bought the breaker and had one of their Engr to come fix it. Till this moment there isn't any call from them to ask if I I'm home so they can come fix it. Imagine if I was still waiting on them... very unreasonable group of company.

Not just open kitchen, but any other type as well.

Each of the two prices depicts a particular Quality. The Lesser price represents: Normal standard quality (HDF) while the higher price represents a : Higher quality (HDF high gloss)

They didn't tender the document they have, they merely specified in the court summon letter that they have the survey they did in 1990 and the stamp duty to back up for the fact, and the agreement with the seller (Let's use MR A as the seller).

The person we got it from bought thr land from the true land owners, the actual family (those that owns the whole village)/as far back as 20years ago and they also have the survey, agreement and co to back it up. After MR A died, MR A's family and lawyer said the whole area belongs to their father and that people should repurchase the land or risk losing it. So the people we bought it from paid another money for the land to late Mr. A's family.


So that's it.

Most equipment starting current always double of running current ... Most of all these inverter are truly the rating written on their body. Your 2.5KVA might be 2KVA

Don't think it's possible. Using 2.75kva with a low power 0.5hp pump consume 51% of the inverter power. The inverter always makes noise whenever we pump.
