This is very very good gesture and way to go from the deputygovernor. I wish the governor and even the oba of Benin too can give her recognition like this. Definitely it will send positive message to many students to study harder to get world wide recognition and pampering like this. Yahoo yahoo is killing study morals. Many student today believe to be successful you have to learn how to scam. But this will make many change there mindset.
