His hypothetical question wil actually be the reality for most electorates. The masses lose faith in the ballot, the elites regain firm control of our democratic institution. Either way, ordinary citizens are doomed when they can't elect their leaders. The next staggered elections in some states will show how badly people's hope has been dashed by INEC. No need to argue, wait and observe. It will only get worse.

That will not happen, even in southeast. Because only Obi followers are not facing reality. The truth is that Tinubu won fair and square. The people of Abia will vote, because they saw their candidate actually won. The people of Lagos will always vote again, even in greater number because they know that enemies of the indigenes are lurking around to snatch their God-given land. The people of Ekiti, Nasarawa and all parts of Nigeria will vote, because they know their vote counted. If a 26 year old can win election, if a bike rider can win election, if a teacher can win election, and if powerful leaders lost in their states, then the electoral system is fair. Only Obi followers are delusional about their hopes and chances. Nigeria will move on while they are left behind.

Can't you see the reverse psychology ?

Flooding the media saying Obi has no case is their way of expressing deep fear for the inevitable.

The evidence before court is overwhelming
that was how they told u Obi will not win, but you keep saying it's a reverse psychology to make Obidients give up

Well said... APC did a great cover up job using INEC as a willing tool!

My own issue is that such cases should have been expedited and concluded before handover!

It's always known that after swearing-in, the tribunal becomes a mere formality at the level of Presidency!

We don't have a Judiciary truly independent to act and remove a sitting President! This is a national disgrace!!!

If we even had a truly independent electoral commission as seen abroad, there would have been no need for a tribunal, as those losing wouldn't be in doubt about who actually won the election!

We'd better get it right fast, before dissenting voices turn into full rebellion and parallel governments! This vicious cycle of fraudulent elections followed by circus shows of tribunal hearings may not be condoned forever!

It is only a jerk like you that will believe the parade of imbeciles, sycophants and no sense so-called experts and lawyers and their SAN enablers. They might be experts, lawyers and SAN and recognizable so to their village people while drinking palm wine under an Iroko tree. Both the LP and PDP should be ashamed of the worthless evidences and non-issues. It is a complete waste of the honorable justices time and the Panel should chastise their lawyers in the strongest term possible for these ones have disgraced the learned profession.

We won the election and we'll prove it - Peter Obi

Even the most compromised judge in the world will have no option but to return Obi's mandate

Why? Because like Aisha Yesufu once said "them thief but they no thief well, they left too many traces"

Just as Aisha yesufu husband no thief well for NHIS by leaving many traces and evidences, that ass*ole only became activist after his husband was sacked and prosecuted for massive fraud as head of account at NHIS

Emotions don't win cases, facts and convincing evidences do.you must prove your cases beyond a reasonable doubt.flooding the court with evidences without proving how those evidences affected the result is as good as not getting the evidence .I am an obedient and very familiar with court proceedings and process,to me without attachment of any emotion,LP didn't prove thier case to my expectations that will warrant the court give judgement in favor of any of thier prayers

You should face the reality... Even if the evidence is rock solid and damning (which isn't the case tbh), the Courts can't unseat Tinubu! Never!

They will just adjourn for a long time, then cook up weird technicalities to throw the case!

Elements of backwardness like this are those that won't allow anything good to happen in this country because of their failed ambition.
