My regrets so far are
1. Building house first as a young guy in my early 20s instead of investing in business. ( I know some people will say, building house is good , but I tell you , if you’re yet to get your own family , please expand your business first , when you get steady flow of income , it’ll be very easy to build
2. Not investing in crypto 2years ago especially shiba.
3. Wish I started trading earlier
4. Lost a big opportunity on nairaland due to anger and lack of few min patience.

People who kill themselves are the real cowards.
As long as there is life, and you don't give up on yourself , there is always hope.
The night may seem long .. but daybreak must surely come..

Stay strong.. Big things await you. If you brave enough to believe and work towards them.
U guys normally sound as if it is by force to live.
Is it by force to live?
As long as God created humans without consent or permission then humans has every right to take their lives bcuz humans did not ask God to create Dem.

It's not by force to live. Yes anyone can go ahead and off themselves when things get tough. Like I mentioned earlier that's a cowards way out.

Yes God created us without our permission and if anyone feels like the have to kill themselves..Then by all means ..

However, what I'm saying is that a brave human will stay resilient in the face of humongous adversity no matter how long it takes but cowards can sign out!

You choose , do you want to be remembered as a weakling.. a craven ?..

There is nothing like being a coward to choose to end ones life bcuz one did not request or ask dat same life from God.

While not source for a place you can get a good amount of loan at least to complete maybe 3 or 5 apartment and rent it out and dedicate to paying back the loan within a certain period of time...

Don't say you can't.. Please try and look for.
Or you can sell 5 to complete the other 5 for yourself (if you're scared of owning anybody)

I hope the house is in a good location thou
Please think about it.. It's a huge risk but i have seen people doing it.. All the best.
it’s risky ! Doesn’t worth the risk if the house is not in Lagos . Please I really mean it, he will regret if it’s not in Lagos

Club Cubana is the answer. I worked there. If you have ever been there or clubbed there, then you'd understand how making thousands could be easy peasy in one night. I could make as much as 500k on a weekend. Then, I was like LAPO to family and friends. If you met me then to borrow you 1M, it would be readily available.

I was a teenage girl, naive and impressionable. I felt everyone had a good heart — like me. I would always help anyone who came to me having money problems. Anyone. I'd make sure you live la Vida loca as far as you came to me for help and I know you.

I had an admission to study in Finland, and then I got duped of over 5Ms by an agent. Sadly, this person was introduced to me by family. Till now, I don't know her whereabouts. I doled out uncountable monies doing giveaways without plans because I felt it would always be there. Even my parents were no good.

Do you know what it feels like to have over 9M in one minute and be stark broke in another? Sometimes, I sit and stare forlornly and just think I have nothing else to live for. When I tell people I'm depressed, they laugh at me and call me bipolar or make jest of me about being depressed. You don't understand it, mate. Like another Nairalander said, maybe I'm just still very weak and playing cowardice to snuff life out of me. Or maybe, I'm still very undecided. Time will tell.

Mind you, I have things going on for me but I can't forking move on. I hate everyone who I ever was there for. I hate them. I regret every forking thing I ever did for them. 😭. Maybe, I just had too many expectations. Just maybe. But, why should I not? I forking cared for them. Why shouldn't I?

I'm sorry about the epistle.
I pray you outgrow your pain.

Spanish and German. Spanish countries might not be as rich as EU countries but they have a lot of opportunities for skilled people. They also have very powerful passports too and citizenship in all of them is 4 to 5 years. Once you get one it's easy to move anywhere you want. If you want an EU citizenship and you already have a Spanish country citizenship you only need to live in Spain for 2 years to be a citizen and that's an EU nationality for you. German if you are looking to enter europe for work. The richest countries in Europe all speak a variation of German. Germany, Austria and the richest parts of Switzerland. Do your own research as I might be wrong but that's what I will advise. As for countries I will recommend. I can only recommend Chile, Mexico, panama, Costa rice and Uruguay. I can probably recommend Peru, Colombia and maybe Argentina for people who have no skills or low education and are looking for a second passport. Those are easy to get and move on to better places. Peruvians for instance do not need LMIA to work in Canada. Peru also has a working holiday agreement with Australia. So if you are smart and you have a Peruvian passport you can move to a better country and get what you want out of life.

I feel you bro.
I was in your shoes In 2018.

Mine was loosing over 10m in total to ponzi.
Then I had access to flow of cash. So I kept investing in millions and I kept loosing. In order to make up the loss from one platform I will invest in another.
All this happened in 2016-2017.
Then I made up my mind to run away from ponzi.
I did till I was introduced to another platform called Micheno Cooperative society in 2018. They claimed they were a cooperative society. We paid registration fee to join. So I joined their WhatsApp group and was watching proceeding for a whole year till I got convinced that they were genuine (so I thought).
But unfortunately, at that time I didn't have money to invest. So I foolishly took a loan of 2m from the loan sharks.
The same month I invested was the same month they crashed.
And I had to be doing monthly repayment of 224k for 18 months.

I kept working out my ass , even borrowed money to meet up the monthly repayment.

I became a shadow of myself as it was not easy meeting up.
I almost died.
I was suicidal.
I almost lost my sanity.
But thanks to God for a good wife and an understanding family. They kept encouraging me. And I readjusted my life style too. Reduced bills payments, feeding allowance, in fact changed church to a new place where I had zero financial commitment.

This is 5 years after.
I live in my own house. A duplex in a prime location in the state where I reside.
I have peace of mind.
Life is good and sweet abeg.

Don't ever give up.
Don't ever commit suicide.
There is hope.
Just keep pushing.
Believe in God and his Grace to see you through and help you.

No man can help you, only God can.
Hold unto him tight.

One thing I can tell you is this, you will come out stronger and better. Your failure should be a motivation for your eventual success. Don't let failure tie you to a spot. Keep trying.

Peace.
Very inspirational. I pray God will help me to come out strong too.l believe in God. Great thanks brother!
