Prices of agricultural consumables are rising excessively primarily because fulani herdsmen no longer allow farmers safe access to their farms across the country. This is why someone like Nyesom Wike should be appointed the new minister of defence to put an end to their siege and then completely rout out Ipob terrorists while at it.

Brilliant submission

We the elites are having a hard time here. I'm in Abj and i understand her feeling. It's not about being rich or poor. I've been to their house multiple times and i can relate.

He is being STUPID! Just ignore him!

They always find a way to justify every suffering and poor leadership in Nigeria by alluding to other nations!

Yet, they will never draw comparisons of development trends in other nations with their nation!

No be small thing my brother... But it's just a daft comparison to make. It's just like justifying the high cost of petrol in an oil producing nation by comparing it to similar high cost in a non oil producing nation. No correlation.

Rich people are the most stingy and biased set of people. A rich man will pass by a beggar and part with a paltry sum, but will eagerly gift his rich friends millions without them asking.

She is lamenting because the average tomato seller ain't rich, so she is pained that she is giving out extra money to the poor that they don't deserve.

One small tomato in Liberia is $100LD about #400 in Nigeria for just one.
See your life?
So, Liberia is your benchmark for Nigeria.
What an insult!
Is the IGR of the whole of Liberia higher than that of Lagos and Rivers?

If you believe this one goes to market (not even fancy supermarket) to buy groceries I have a bridge to sell you.

Of course why should she go to the market herself when she's got domestic staffs to do that for her. You obviously did not read where she said she sent her people. You guys should try borrow some sense from China

So who's stopping you from being extravagant with your money if you're poor? If their stinginess is what's kept them rich for so long, maintaining their wealth from generation to generation, then I guess you and I would agree that being "stingy" isn't a bad thing after all.

You should also know that it takes one who begs a lot to know who's stingy undecided

I strongly advise farmers in Nigeria to significantly increase the price of their products.

With the benefit of having been to a number of African countries, I can tell you for free that food items are grossly underpriced in Nigeria.

Fuel prices in Nigeria are now approximately at per with other countries, so also should be price of agricultural produce.

The farmers too deserve a good life. Farming takes a lot of effort.
