If not handled with diplomacy and tact before long the same people being murdered will see the FG as the oppresor and UGM as the savior. The same way many Afghan believe Taliban/ISIS beheading them is their savior against the US is the enemy

Any FG intervention means a vote of no confidence on the state gov ability to secure his state which usually leads to a state of emergency and suspension of the state gov
