NBTE recruited temporary staff, they are still battling at budget, they approve only small number for them. The prof later reduce number of slot He promised people. Mostly from 3 to 1 and some 2 to 1.

As for KADPOLy they have compiled waiting for budget office approval.

U shouldn't take it personal if you're sure about yourself, it was just a harmless question which demanded a polite answer but with ds response of yours it shows u didn't follow due process, u telling me to go to ICPC HQ means u didn't follow due process, well all d best and learn to be polite n careful with your words, u might just implicate yourself.

It's a harmless question, just curious, especially knowing that some of us didn't have d cut off mark in d first test and didn't get invitation for d 2nd test whereas some were able to write it
